Job Description
The Marketing Specialist for the Power Systems Division (PSD) will participate and support the analysis, development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth. This individual will work closely with the Channel Manager, Product Managers, Sales, and Market Development Manager on developing and executing marketing initiatives for existing and new products.
Essential Functions:
Execute digital and print marketing activities including creation of materials for new and existing products (brochures, literature sheets, website campaigns, social content, direct mail, email, advertising, press releases, videos, marketing automation, product photography, etc.)
Lead the collaborative go-to-market efforts of product launch with product managers and market development manager with strong contribution on go-to-market message creation to support unique value proposition development
Acting as main contact for outside creative agency of record; responsible for project planning documents, editing support, and approvals
Own marketing budget process for estimating monthly expenses and tracking actual spend
Regularly report on content performance and drive improvements into the creative process
Participating in collaborative go-to-market efforts (i.e. trade show planning, social media content, best practice sessions) for Miller
Assist the product team as needed with surveys and customer interview questionnaires as part of the new product development process and post-launch feedback
Assembling training presentations for distribution channels and internal sales force
Reviewing and updating marketing infrastructure systems including database system, extranet, myWelds, sales team communication tools, and customer facing websites
Assisting Product Managers with competitive analysis, product and market landscapes and value proposition creation
Exhibiting at industry trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business (emphasis in marketing preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a product based, business to business environment
Proven ability to analyze current business issues, customer needs and formulate marketing strategies
Strong business acumen, well organized, aggressive self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to build relationships among employees, distributors, and key end-users
Comfortable presenting and facilitating before groups
Ability to succeed in a fast-moving environment that values an entrepreneurial spirit

Job Description
As a member of the finance team, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for tasks associated with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other clerical duties. The Accounting Clerk reports to the ITWSF Accounting Manager responsible for Kalkaska, MI.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable function including invoicing, customer returns, cash receipts, credit management and collections.
Accounts Payable function including matching of vendor invoices to receiving papers and processing payables for disbursement.
Review procurement card purchases and prepare the monthly journal entry.
Update and distribute daily sales report, responsible for assigned corporate reporting (EHS, Sales & Use Tax, other as assigned).
Assist with month-end closing process - reconcile AP and AR subledger with general ledger, create and post assigned month-end journal entries.
Ensure records of responsibility are maintained in accordance with ITW Record Retention policy.
Responsible for general office support - answering the telephone, sorting/distribution of mail, greeting visitors/guest, and manage office equipment.
Skills and Qualifications:
Associates degree in Accounting or Finance with (2) years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must demonstrate behaviors consistent with organizational values including integrity, simplicity, trust, respect, and shared risk.
Possess level of financial acumen required to favorably contribute to the finance department by identifying areas for improvement and delivering results.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities while at the same time maintaining attention to detail.
Ability to effectively assess a situation and determine the best path to resolution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate Excel skills at a minimum (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, formula functions).

This position is responsible for all duties associated with the shipping of orders to customers and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations. Under general supervision and direction where a definite objective is set up requiring the use of some standard work procedures. Employee plans and arranges own work and work of lower level parts processors referring some questionable issues to the supervisor. Will at times be required to serve in the capacity as the Team Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
Assist in auditing of parts that were picked.
Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders
Prepare customer orders for shipment
Accurately count inventory in locations
Record inventory transactions into computer system
Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties
Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules
Accredited High School diploma or GED
0-2 years' experience in a warehouse environment with parts
Receiving parts (stock and non-stock)
PC and PIPs system knowledge and operations
Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts and weekends
Physical Requirements:
Sit, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, crouch, kneel, or crawl

Reporting to the Channel Business Development Manager - Parts, the Distribution Business Development Manager builds, maintains, and expands relationships with distribution partners to support growth in the aftermarket parts sales business. The main objective for the Distribution Business Development Manager is to drive increased parts sales revenue while maintaining or growing margin leveraging external distribution channels. The Distribution Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales, profitability, and other distribution objectives. The Distribution Business Development Manager supports the entire range of aftermarket service parts sales and customer segments to drive growth through distribution channels.
This position will require a high-energy, results driven individual that is equipped to take on growth initiatives for the Hobart Service Parts division, develop strategic business plans, and oversee performance and productivity of distribution partners to achieve results. Applicants must have proven ability to perform in an environment that supports shared risk-taking, along with the ability to influence business partners and drive accountability through contractual requirements, processes, and relationship building. This leader will drive and motivate distribution partners to establish and implement parts sales growth initiatives, and is responsible for developing, proposing, and implementing strategic partnerships in support of the Food Equipment Group and Division's revenue growth objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The FEG Parts business is positioned for strong market growth. The Distribution Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting and executing revenue growth plans to significantly increase the ITW/FEG parts market penetration. This leader is responsible for profitable revenue growth through existing and new distribution channels utilizing the ITW 80/20 and Front-To-Back (FTB) methodologies. This is a critical role for the parts business, and is responsible to provide business results to achieve annual revenue growth. Key deliverables for the Distribution Business Development Manager are:
Drive Revenue Growth: Responsible for creation and implementation of business development objectives and strategies. Support the development and track performance metrics for distribution sales channels to create focus and drive continuous improvement. Support service parts financial planning and monthly orders and shipments outlook. Achieve outlook for sales and margin goals. Partners with distribution partners to develop relevant, timely and successful sales plans, campaigns, programs, and special promotions to drive parts revenue growth.
Drive Strategic Channel Management: Managers joint partner planning processes, developing mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship. Effectively manage the service parts distribution network to influence part demand and support business growth with a focus in marketing, training, and product specification. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis. Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partners' performance objectives and expectations. Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives for distribution partners. Manage potential channel conflict by driving excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to sales channel rules of engagement. Maintain face-to-the-customer contact to support the distribution network with product, process, promotions, and training.
Provide a positive customer service experience for Hobart Parts distribution partners: Develop and nurture relationships with distribution partners and key customers, establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel. Ensure appropriate resources are available to provide world-class support to distribution partners, aligning with changing requirements and market trends. Develop, recommend, and implement process and system enhancements designed to streamline distribution performance and capability with focus on continuous improvement.
Develop and Maintain Distribution Market and Industry Analysis: Support research initiatives to better understand parts competitiveness, market share, and distributor/dealer performance helping to influence development of future products and services and business growth. Effectively research market and industry trends providing critical intelligence for strategic planning. Support the development of a Total Market Potential Model to understand overall market size and available -white space- to grow parts sales within the distribution channel. Develop voice-of-the-customer (VOC) feedback process for distribution partners to prioritize tactical and strategic initiatives driving customer focused solutions.
Education and Work Experience
A Bachelor's degree with a minimum 5 years of marketing and sales leadership experience.
Desired Education/Experience
Master's in Business Administration (MBA) is preferred, but not required.

This position is responsible for all duties associated with the shipping of orders to customers and performing a wide variety of parts processing operations. Under general supervision and direction where a definite objective is set up requiring the use of some standard work procedures. Employee plans and arranges own work and work of lower level parts processors referring some questionable issues to the supervisor. Will at times be required to serve in the capacity as the Team Coordinator and Shipping Clerk.
Assist in auditing of parts that were picked.
Accurately and efficiently pick customer and production orders
Prepare customer orders for shipment
Accurately count inventory in locations
Record inventory transactions into computer system
Keeps work area in order and readily participates in housekeeping duties
Supports and maintains a safe workplace, including observing all safety rules
Accredited High School diploma or GED
0-2 years' experience in a warehouse environment with parts
Receiving parts (stock and non-stock)
PC and PIPs system knowledge and operations
Good interpersonal skills with emphasis on ability to work in a team environment
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Ability to be flexible in working overtime, different shifts and weekends

Position Summary:
The main responsibility of this position will be to determine and implement capital improvements, solve manufacturing process constraints, and assist in process implementation. This is a hands-on role that will specify manufacturing equipment and support the manufacturing processes of Hi-Cone material in two plants domestically and multiple international facilities. Major processes include plastic sheet extrusion, plastic sheet stamping, and labeling.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manufacturing Support
Support the development of a system wide equipment and controls update and standardization plan.
Support plant maintenance teams in implementing a system wide spare parts database.
Support plant maintenance teams in drafting and implementing preventive maintenance practices.
Partner with plant engineers and maintenance to develop and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Participate on a cross-functional team focused on manufacturing process PFMEA
Capital Projects
Keep abreast of technology trends, investigate, and install most effective methods of manufacturing to keep company competitive
Develop and recommend capital projects required to drive higher efficiency, address plant capacity needs, and address obsolescence of currently installed equipment.
Manage the execution of capital projects, including developing project scope, developing machinery specifications, coordinating outside resources, scheduling to minimize interruptions to operations, and delivering on time and on budget.
Lead the development of equipment FAT/SAT standards.
Other Responsibilities
Support the division in implementing an updated ERP and file management system.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or a related field with relevant experience
Minimum 7 years of engineering experience in a production environment, 10+ years preferred.

Experience with manufacturing methods and equipment, preferably including machining tools and practices, electrical controls and programming, and plastics processing.

Identify alternate components due to cost, quality, delivery, and life cycle issues while facilitating Divisional approval.
Work with component manufacturers to resolve quality concerns.
Approved Vendor List (AVL) maintenance. Work with contract manufactures to keep AVL's in sync.
Provide leadership to PCBA development and support teams as required during the component and supplier selection process.
Assist materials team with ramping up and ramping down component inventory.
Evaluate and identify cost savings opportunities that support Divisional sourcing initiatives.
Travel to suppliers or Contract Manufacturing partners facilities as needed to support component and/or quality issues.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
Experience with basic electronics lab equipment such as Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Curve Tracer, and Impedance Analyzer

In this role, you'll take the lead on our DevOps strategy to define and manage software tools, source control systems and build/delivery pipelines. The Cyber Security Analyst (Policy & Risk) is part of the Corporate IT team and is responsible for understanding ITW's risks and ensuring our mitigation policy and programs are operating effectively. He/she provides guidance on our policies and programs and keeps current on emerging trends and threats through ongoing education and active participation in peer groups.
This role will provide direct expertise to cyber policies surrounding our Corporate systems and may be asked to provide indirect guidance for our ITW manufacturing businesses. Position Summary:

Provide consultation, technical assistance and troubleshooting to both external customers and internal the plants for start-ups (all products) and quality complaints. Work with OEM and Zip-Pak to satisfy customer needs and optimize the way Zip-Pak zipper operates on the equipment. Assist customers, OEM and Zip-Pak Plants in start-ups of existing zipper. The Goal being to optimize the efficiency of Zip-Pak zipper on our own and OEM equipment.
Evaluate zipper and OEM equipment to determine functionality and determine customer fitness for use. Diagnose packages for problems and find solutions. Solve quality complaints either over the phone or in person.
Lever One and core market customers will be first priority.
Assist Sales in fulfillment process by gaining, nurturing and maintaining relationships with customers and OEM. Relay competitive information to Sales team, Plants and the EIC.
Gather competitive data, analyze opportunities and communicate potential threats.
Assist Engineers in new product start-ups.
Identify issues with materials; work with customer's production/engineering on problem resolution. Work closely with QA leaders on identifying causes of complaints; work on resolution with production by importing knowledge of process to the field.
Keep customers happy by responding quickly, make customers feel confidant regardless of scope of issue.

Primary Objective:
Responsible for performing accurate and timely accounting and reporting of complex Worldwide Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Costs in compliance with US GAAP. Analyze, identify, and resolve Revenue Recognition and Costing issues/exposures. Accountable to ensure that any/all changes to Revenue programs are accurate and in compliance with US GAAP. Develop/implement processes and system enhancements that promote proper Accounting and Revenue Recognition. Ensure SOX controls are appropriate and all SOX requirements are met.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Required to have intricate and current knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements for Revenue Recognition for Completed Contract (includes on shipment, on acceptance and on billing), Percentage-of-Completion and Multiple Element Arrangements.
Manage Deferral of Revenue related to post-shipment (ON) process, ensuring process is correct and in compliance with GAAP and reporting numbers are accurate.
Communicate with Project Engineering to ensure understanding of proper Revenue and Cost recognition. Able to communicate/support a position of recognizing the correct Revenue Recognition when the business position may be different.
Advises foreign affiliates on correct revenue recognition requirements and entries.
Responsible for ensuring that project design and any changes in systems related to Revenue Recognition and Project Accounting deliver the functionality required for proper accounting treatment in compliance with US GAAP.
Responsible for detailed testing within the system to ensure all design changes have been implemented properly and that all revenue recognition and related Cost of Sales is captured properly.
Lead analysis and interpret Worldwide revenue at month end, quarter-end, and year-end to verify accuracy with US GAAP. Adjust revenue/cost as appropriate for accurate reporting.
Reconcile project related balance sheet accounts (WIP, Deferred/Unbilled, GR/IR etc.) on a monthly basis.
Perform and analyze detailed ad hoc reporting, as necessary. Prepare commentary on results by preparing detailed and complex excel spreadsheets.
Responsible for ensuring all SOX controls are adhered to.
Identify/recommend changes to improve/streamline/better coverage of SOX process.
Interface with internal auditors, providing information requested.
This position is the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provides all information regarding revenue for the business and auditors.
Minimum Qualifications
Education: B.A. degree Accounting
Experience: Five plus years increasingly complex experience in accounting, with strong reporting and analysis, including knowledge of FASB requirements
Preferred Qualifications
Education: CPA, CMA, MBA
Experience:
SAP experience
Background in the ASC 606 Revenue Recognition Standard
Team lead or previous supervisory experience
Experience with current information technology in financial applications, both enterprise and PC based. Advance excel skills (beyond VLOOKUP's and Pivot tables).
