Job Description

The Marketing Specialist for the Power Systems Division (PSD) will participate and support the analysis, development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve profitable revenue growth. This individual will work closely with the Channel Manager, Product Managers, Sales, and Market Development Manager on developing and executing marketing initiatives for existing and new products.

Essential Functions:

  • Execute digital and print marketing activities including creation of materials for new and existing products (brochures, literature sheets, website campaigns, social content, direct mail, email, advertising, press releases, videos, marketing automation, product photography, etc.)

  • Lead the collaborative go-to-market efforts of product launch with product managers and market development manager with strong contribution on go-to-market message creation to support unique value proposition development

  • Acting as main contact for outside creative agency of record; responsible for project planning documents, editing support, and approvals

  • Own marketing budget process for estimating monthly expenses and tracking actual spend

  • Regularly report on content performance and drive improvements into the creative process

  • Participating in collaborative go-to-market efforts (i.e. trade show planning, social media content, best practice sessions) for Miller

  • Assist the product team as needed with surveys and customer interview questionnaires as part of the new product development process and post-launch feedback

  • Assembling training presentations for distribution channels and internal sales force

  • Reviewing and updating marketing infrastructure systems including database system, extranet, myWelds, sales team communication tools, and customer facing websites

  • Assisting Product Managers with competitive analysis, product and market landscapes and value proposition creation

  • Exhibiting at industry trade shows

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business (emphasis in marketing preferred)

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a product based, business to business environment

  • Proven ability to analyze current business issues, customer needs and formulate marketing strategies

  • Strong business acumen, well organized, aggressive self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships among employees, distributors, and key end-users

  • Comfortable presenting and facilitating before groups

Job Description

As a member of the finance team, the Accounting Clerk is responsible for tasks associated with accounts receivable, accounts payable and other clerical duties. The Accounting Clerk reports to the ITWSF Accounting Manager responsible for Kalkaska, MI.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable function including invoicing, customer returns, cash receipts, credit management and collections.

  • Accounts Payable function including matching of vendor invoices to receiving papers and processing payables for disbursement.

  • Review procurement card purchases and prepare the monthly journal entry.

Key deliverables for the Distribution Business Development Manager are:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Responsible for creation and implementation of business development objectives and strategies. Support the development and track performance metrics for distribution sales channels to create focus and drive continuous improvement. The Cyber Security Analyst (Policy & Risk) is part of the Corporate IT team and is responsible for understanding ITW's risks and ensuring our mitigation policy and programs are operating effectively.   • Manage Deferral of Revenue related to post-shipment (ON) process, ensuring process is correct and in compliance with GAAP and reporting numbers are accurate.

  • Communicate with Project Engineering to ensure understanding of proper Revenue and Cost recognition. Able to communicate/support a position of recognizing the correct Revenue Recognition when the business position may be different.

  • Advises foreign affiliates on correct revenue recognition requirements and entries.
