The Role:
Assist guests at live events by performing duties, such as selling tickets to events, distributing will call tickets to guests, and giving the utmost customer service experience.
Job Functions:
Sell and collect admission tickets and passes from patrons at events.
Greet guests attending events.
Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued.
Know how to identify a fake ticket or credential and educate the guest on where to buy authentic tickets.
Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.
Help guests with tickets when tickets don't scan at the gates and/or guests have issues locating their tickets on their mobile devices
Maintain order, ensure adherence to safety rules, and share any safety concerns with management.
Settle seating disputes or help solve other guest concerns.
Handle cash and credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines
Balance out at the end of each shift with the box office supervisor
Guide guests to closest exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Ability to work independently

THE JOB
Across multiple live music venues, Premium Seat Sales team is responsible for generating Premium Seat revenue which may include box suites, season tickets, PSLs, some hospitality events and other revenue-generating programs as added to portfolio of menu items to sell. Packages and inventory will be specific to assigned venue(s).
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Assist Premium Seats Sales Management Team in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Seat Programs
Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats
Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
Assist in maintenance of client relationships
Act as a liaison with internal departments (i.e. Box Office, Finance, local marketers) along with Director of Premium Seats
Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
Assist with the processing of PSS sales reports
Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via Exact Target
Coordination of on-site premium seat program responsibilities and client services for most concert events
Interface with VIP Club catering staff to insure a smooth running Club on event days
Conducts cold calls, prospecting for new clients
Performs other duties as assigned by management

The Role:

THE JOB
Responsible for ensuring the success of show and event productions by performing the technical aspects related to the show(s) production. Assist in all aspects of stage operations, assist in all on-site A/V operations. While providing excellent professional service.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Performs the Load-in & Out of band equipment and rental equipment
Set Up and Break down of Band and Event Equipment
Cabling and patching / working together with the entire crew as a team
Audio adjustments, maintaining safe audio levels. While providing a professional mix
Audio Control Boards operation
Oversee visiting audio techs, especially during shows
Responsible for Protecting /Maintenance and repair of Audio equipment
Assist with Production throughout the House as needed
Assist the Production Manager with the technical advance with Artists representatives
Ensure proper care and handling of all Echo and rental audio equipment
Interact with visiting production crews to ensure a successful show
Distribute or create audio plans
Oversee and operate systems pertaining to audio throughout the entire venue
Ensure Special Events audio needs are scheduled and met and executed with the utmost profession attitude
Maintain a relationship with local & National Audio Vendors Maintenance and repair of sound, light and stage equipment
May assist the Stage Manager with show passes
Assist lighting crew with stands, microphones, cables, etc.
Assist with any Special Events operations
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency with all Microsoft applications

High School Diploma

Responsible for maintaining the back-of-house & dressing room area to meet artists & tour staff expectations

Coordinate with the Facilities Manager and FOH Managers to ensure that assigned venues are always in good working condition
Oversight and implementation of venue efficiencies focused on reducing friction, managing expenses, and identifying any ancillary revenue opportunities
Assess and acquire the proper equipment and systems at each assigned venue in order to meet event management objectives and budget
Provide guidance and direction in the handling of any complaints and concerns from artists, crew, and patrons
Develop efficient venue operations systems while collaborating with other departments and providing feasibility input when needed
Supervise assigned teammates while providing active coaching, constructive feedback, and opportunities for their development
Ensure proper training and tools for venue management and part-time staff
Responsible for ensuring that all nightly and monthly reports are completed and managed

They are responsible for cleaning and re-stocking all areas of the operation as well as labeling and stocking all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible. The Prep Cook will undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food etc. and prepare simple dishes. They must maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc. and ensure all food and other items are stored properly. THE JOB
In this role you are responsible for developing strategies and priorities for new lines of business with a focus on live event demand generation/capture, direct to fan platforms for artists, and NFT/Web3 opportunities. To execute these strategies, you will identify product development and acquisition opportunities, and identify, assess, and structure complex partnerships.In addition to a deep understanding of both the music and live event industries, this role requires an understanding of and passion for Web 3.0 and how it can shape the future of both.
You will work closely with senior members of the Global Music organization and also work cross-company with Product, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and other stakeholders to ensure a well-thought-out and executable plan is delivered and help drive executive approval on key initiatives.
You will represent Ticketmaster in key artist and partner interactions and define the deal structure for scalable and durable solutions to complex business opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead Ticketmaster Music's strategy and business development efforts, with a particular emphasis on new artist-to-fan platforms
Advise leadership on key technology and product roadmap considerations
Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ticketmaster Music's web 3.0 partnership model including infrastructure and APIs
Work with product development teams across the company to understand when existing products and technologies can be leveraged, enhanced or built, or whether partnership or acquisition paths are more effective
Directly mange junior business development team members and work collaboratively with cross-functional groups, including, but not limited to, tour services, marketing, finance, event operations, legal, product teams, data teams, etc., to optimize new business initiatives

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)

THE JOB
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support a high-level executive, assist with administrative duties, and provide dynamic support for a small, tight knit team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Anticipate President's needs and make sure all work materials are available for a successful workday.
Review schedules daily and ensure the President is aware of any materials or information needed to prepare for meeting, including the support with preparation of these materials as necessary.
Schedule and manage the President's day-to-day calendar using discretion to make sure time is well utilized. Monitor and keep track of long-term agendas to make sure most pressing items are addressed in timely manner.
Manage complex travel arrangements and meeting details - personal and professional - and create detailed travel itineraries, travel plans, and agendas. Travel logistics include but are not limited to: commercial and private air travel, hotel reservations, international travel, ground transportation, etc.
Manage and maintain files, records, and correspondence for the President with a strong attention to detail.
Handle all administrative details for the President, including but not limited to expense management, reviewing and filing invoices, updating spreadsheets, handling payment tracking, gathering and updating data in records and databases, and more.
Support in any daily research or information gathering for President and Live Nation Women team.
Establish and maintain the files and records of the executive.
Assist in planning company events, meeting, lunches, parties, and any other special projects.
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other internal departments, executives and various business guests, managers, etc.
Creative support with social media and content creation.
Screen and handle telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
Supervise and execute VIP ticketing for clients, partners, and associates as directed.
Review of proposals and conversion of same to appropriate formats.
Serve as acting office manager by ordering supplies, acting as a liaison between building vendors, property management and business unit, distributing mail and assisting with IT setup / issues.
Provide dynamic support for a small, tight knit, fast paced team.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Preferred 3-5 years experience with a top record label, music agency, concert promoter, and/or artist management company.
1-3 years experience as an assistant to a high-level executive.
Fun, outgoing individual with a passion for the music industry and gender issues.
Must be competent in problem solving issues related to mobile devices as well as PC and Mac computers and must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook.
Must have strong communications skills both verbal and written and must be able to actively and attentively listen.
Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Highly organized multitasker comfortable in a very fast paced environment and tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks on the go with a strong sense of follow through.

THE ROLE
The Procurement Operations Specialist is a newly created position responsible for supporting operations of the US-based Global Procurement team. This individual contributor will collaborate across the Global Procurement team to ensure best practices are captured and utilized, as well as participate in developing and curating a library of tools and templates to promote consistent service delivery across the team.
In addition to supporting these broader operational responsibilities, the Specialist will have a day-to-day role supporting the administration of applications and websites used by Global Procurement team members and stakeholders. The Specialist will also support strategic supplier management of the companies behind the tools used by the team and stakeholders. This role reports to the leader of the Stakeholder Support team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Continuous Improvement
On an ongoing basis, attempt to identify opportunities to improve operational quality, efficiency, and accuracy within Global Procurement and for stakeholders who utilize its services
Develop analyses to quantify potential benefits of improvement opportunities
Contribute to development of plans to maximize benefits from improvement opportunities and lead or support execution of those plans, with the guidance of team leaders, to secure those benefits
Support efforts of Global Procurement leadership to develop and maintain internal processes to ensure consistent quality and timeliness in service delivery; co-lead or support efforts to streamline and automate repetitive processes, where feasible
Support category leaders with ongoing maintenance of knowledge retention tools - e.g., shared spreadsheets, databases, Box/SharePoint sites, etc. - to capture project information to facilitate ongoing supplier management and support future negotiations
As applicable, partner with IT team on implementation and ongoing improvement of procurement-related systems (e.g., P2P, contract lifecycle management, service tickets)
Procurement Administration
Serve as primary or supporting administrator (e.g., setting up/maintaining user accounts, consolidated reporting, addressing user issues/questions, documenting and maintaining policies & procedures) of applications and websites used by Global Procurement team and stakeholders, such as Amazon Business Prime (purchasing), DocuSign (e-signature), Zendesk (service tickets), SmartSheet (project tracking), and SharePoint (contract storage).
Maintain GP intranet site to make negotiated agreements available to stakeholders
Provide periodic and ad hoc spend and market analysis and reporting out of Oracle and other systems in support of Global Procurement category management and sourcing efforts
Support the maintenance of spend and project tracking databases/spreadsheets; work with Global Procurement category leaders to ensure ongoing quality of reported results
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
2-3 years of experience in Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Financial Analysis, or Procurement Transformation
Demonstrated project management skills with experience leading successful process improvement efforts
Proficiency with MS Office required; working knowledge of Oracle, CrunchTime, BizIQ and/or other financial or procurement applications preferred
Ability to work self-directed in fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders. Self-motivated, proactive, independent, and responsive - requires reasonable supervisory attention once objectives are confirmed
Strong service-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with a variety of mid-level stakeholders to solve operational challenges
Solid analytical and reporting skills with experience using quantitative data to explain challenges and contribute to executive decision-making

Deploy and manage data platforms and data movement solutions both in the cloud and on-premise
Build scalability and performance into our data platforms to meet the growing needs of our analytics users
Partner with agile data engineering teams and use DevOps methodologies to create automated, efficient CI/CD processes to reduce the time to promote, test and deploy code
Partner with Information Security team to ensure data is secure both at-rest and in-flight
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain efficient reusable patterns for streaming and batch data ingestion pipeline architectures
Evaluate vendor-supplied software and deploy them as needed for data ingestion use cases
Integrate data platforms to leverage efficiencies and automation within the stack

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Minimum 3+ years in data management and 1+ years managing and supporting cloud data platforms preferred
Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or any other technology related field. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also accepted for the position
Extensive experience in the deployment of data platforms and tools in a cloud environment
Experience working with cloud provider tools and architecture (Azure & AWS)(AWS preferred)
Experience using scripting languages such as bash, SQL and/or Python, Teraform
Experience in management and tuning of data platforms (Databricks/Delta Lake required)
Experience with a broad set of data ingestion and data pipeline patterns, and associated tools like (Teradata, SQL Server, Oracle, Snowflake, Databricks)
Experience managing or administering orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
Experience with designing data ingestion solutions from a wide range of data sources and connections like SaaS API connections, SFTP, real-time streaming and Change Data Capture
Preferred experience with working in an agile product development
Preferred experience working with and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and versioning tools such as Git
Good communication skills and ability to articulate system designs and patterns to varying levels of leadership.

THE TEAM
The Ticketmaster North America Accounting group is responsible for all aspects of preparing accounting entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and reporting on the balance sheet in support of the Live Nation financial reporting process. The North America Accounting group is also responsible for coordinating and supporting internal and external audits related to the Ticketmaster North America division of Live Nation.
THE JOB
We are seeking a Staff Accountant to assist with month end journal entry preparation and daily and/or monthly reconciliation of assigned general ledger accounts related to various Ticketmaster lines of business. Our ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, highly organized and is proficient in Microsoft Excel and other enterprise level accounting software (i.e., Oracle Financials and/or SAP).
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Reconcile transactions related to credit card and other payment methods daily for various ticketing systems. Follow up and resolve material reconciliating items with appropriate internal and external personnel as needed.
Prepare and record month end journal entries as part of the monthly financial close process.
Reconcile general ledger accounts on a daily and/or monthly basis as part of the SOX control compliance process.
Work with internal personnel to resolve general ledger account reconciling items in a timely manner.
Prepare schedules in support of internal and external audits including quarterly and annual SOX and financial audits and/or sales tax audits.
Prepare ad hoc schedules as requested by management.
Participate in special projects as requested by management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Strong Excel skills including use of Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP function preferred.
0-2 years of professional accounting experience in a comparable role.
Experience with Oracle Financials ERP systems is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and multi-tasking skills.

The Role:
As a seller you will be assigned to and responsible for a point of sale in the venue where artist merchandise is sold. Prior to the event you will be responsible for taking inventory and preparing the stand display. After the event, the seller is responsible for closing out which includes a final count on the remaining merchandise which is returned.

THE ROLE
The Procurement Operations Senior Specialist is a newly created position responsible for facilitating operations of the US-based Global Procurement team. This individual contributor will collaborate across the Global Procurement team to ensure best practices are captured and utilized, as well as be responsible for developing and curating a library of tools and templates to promote consistent service delivery across the team. In addition to these broader operational responsibilities, the Senior Specialist will have a day-to-day role as a key administrator of applications and websites used by Global Procurement team members and stakeholders. As the administrator, the Senior Specialist will also support strategic supplier management of the companies behind the tools used by the team and stakeholders. This role reports to the leader of the Stakeholder Support team.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Continuous Improvement
On an ongoing basis, identify opportunities to improve operational quality, efficiency, and accuracy within Global Procurement and for stakeholders who utilize its services
Prioritize improvement opportunities based on potential quantitative and/or qualitative benefits, then develop and execute plans to secure those benefits
Partner with Global Procurement leadership to develop and maintain internal processes to ensure consistent quality and timeliness in service delivery, with a focus on streamlining and automating repetitive processes, where feasible

Manage GP intranet site to make negotiated agreements available to stakeholders
Provide periodic and ad hoc spend and market analysis and reporting out of Oracle and other systems in support of Global Procurement category management and sourcing efforts
Develop and maintain spend and project tracking databases/spreadsheets; work with Global Procurement category leaders to ensure ongoing quality of reported results
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred
4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in Procurement Operations, Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Financial Analysis, or Procurement Transformation
Demonstrated project management skills with ability to lead multiple, visible programs
Proficiency with MS Office required; working knowledge of Oracle, CrunchTime, BizIQ and/or other financial or procurement applications preferred

Responsibilities:
Act as the first face of Insomniac for staff check in
Check government issued IDs to ensure proper identification of all personnel entering site
Promptly solve issues that arise by utilizing resources and clear communication
Proactively seek out errors in credential uploads and fix them before staff arrival
Act as a key-holder for the credential office, ensuring safety and security
Assist in administrative tasks as needed

THE JOB
The Sr. Artist & Promoter Relations Manager is the face of Ticketmaster Music to the artist community and plays a critical role in delivering exceptional tour wide support for key artist, promoter, and agency clients. The Sr. Artist & Promoter Relations Manager is an expert on all relevant TM products and services in order to educate the artist community and help them reach their touring goals.
The Sr. Artist & Promotions Relations Manager acts as an advocate of the artist within Ticketmaster, representing their interests, making decisions on their behalf, and working within Ticketmaster to meet/exceed the established goals for the tour. This role is also relied upon to be a valuable resource in assessing the viability and success of tour offerings, as well as to provide critical insight into the touring business as a whole.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Responsible for overall artist & promoter client satisfaction and ticket sales, supporting hundreds of tours per year for your segment.
Develop strong, consultative relationships with key promoters, agents and managers, along with their respective ticketing and marketing staff.
Work closely with clients to introduce and educate them on various Ticketmaster programs/tools that affect tour performance, such as, but not limited to: VIP, Platinum, Pricemaster, Verified Fan, Ticketmaster Request, SafeTix and digital ticketing, SmartQueue, abuse prevention, TM+ and TM1.
Work with clients to establish goals for each tour project, communicate them internally, and monitor progress towards those goals.
Become a specialist in the unique needs of our promoter and artist clients to guide internal development of Ticketmaster product and services.
Configure Ticketmaster's suite of products and services into tour-specific, customized ticketing & marketing campaigns; enabling artists and promoters to capture data and demand, sell more tickets, connect with more fans, optimize pricing, maximize revenue, understand their data, and prevent abuse.
First line support of day-to-day client needs; take the lead in managing and motivating different team members toward meeting client expectations regarding tour objectives and outcomes.
Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth within your segment; How can we help shift buying patterns from box office sales to advanced online sales? How can we help properly educate on the transition to digital ticketing? What new products can we build that will help artists better meeting their touring goals?
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS/COMPETENCIES)
Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of music industry experience
Previous experience at a ticketing company, music label, management company or talent agency preferred
Existing relationships with key promoters, artist managers and agents preferred.
Self-starter, with a bias toward action and execution
Passion for music
Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Salesforce experience a plus.
Must be able to think through, evaluate and solve problems logically and efficiently.
Must have exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

THE ROLE
The Partnership Integration Manager is responsible for leading a variety of Sponsorship related duties. The Manager is required to professionally integrate, manage, and execute partnership deliverables across multiple departments, outside agencies, and sponsors. This role also plays a vital role in creative direction for sponsor programming and communications. This is not a remote position.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Main point of contact for partners, agencies and partnership stakeholders managing the integration of Sponsor Marketing Programs including but not limited to Social Media Campaigns, Email Communications, Creative Asset Approvals, Website promotions, Mobile App integration, Data & Research, Consumer experiences, and on-premise RFID programming.
Collaborate with internal teams to help set standards, establish best practices, maximize sponsor marketing programs, and enhance the overall partnership.
Directly manage and interface the relationship with the Live Nation Sponsorship team
Create cadence and maintain communication with partners, agencies and other stakeholders on relevant festival announcements, marketing deliverable deadlines and fulfillment.
Drive creative and content direction for Sponsor assets incorporating festival branding and messaging, working closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure sponsor communications on both Sponsor and festival channels best leverage festival assets and voice.
Work closely with marketing teams to determine the schedule for sponsor messaging on festival channels.
Maintain database of Sponsor Logos, Festival Creative Assets, Sponsorship relevant data
Work closely with content teams and sponsors on ancillary needs and programming including but not limited to photography and video
Collect relevant data and touch points to highlight partnerships post event and additional reporting as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team in ideating future partnerships, providing feedback for renewals and always welcomed outside of the box thinking.
Provide feedback and ideas on overall Festival experiences and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor industry trends and best practices for partnership marketing and sponsorship communications
Overall support of Department and teammates to help deliver best in class partnerships.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Provide professional, responsive service to clients that ultimately exceeds expectations and increases likelihood of program renewal
Coordinate / prepare periodic client status calls and/or meetings including the preparation of program reports and delivery of post call reports
Oversee the delivery of contractual agreements including planning, execution, measurement, and reporting
Coordinate the planning and execution of key client activations across venues, festivals, promotions, media, hospitality, and content programs
On occasion directly represent the team at these activities (i.e. - serving as VIP client welcome host)
Manage tracking of consumer-oriented promotions using assets like Live Nation Concert Cash including program review, clearance and redemption reporting
Coordinate directly with artist management teams to advance artist-based events, coordinate all press materials where, gain approvals for artist name and likeness usage by clients, and schedule artist social media activity involving clients among other tasks
Develop Artist one sheets to educate clients about artists to be potentially used in sponsorship programs
Gather, analyze, and package key metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps that are delivered in a timely manner
Manage program financials including budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and other relevant financial activities
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to sponsorship programs
Support department wide development initiatives
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
1+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media, or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, advertising or activation agencies
Work with recognizable global brands preferred
Experience with marketing programs that blend physical and digital components preferred
Knowledge of consumer and market research with ability to implement into decision-making and management
Superior project management skills including managing multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Strong passion for music, including knowledge of current/relevant artists and industry trends
Ability to travel up to 30% of time or more in season, often nights and weeks and occasionally without significant advanced notice

THE JOB
The Production Manager is responsible for all of the on-stage, backstage and other technical details of concerts and events. Includes advancing and obtaining presale technical information, including production needs, rider requirements, staging and capacity changes .
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Ensure positive and creative environment for management team
Assist in maintaining department manuals and training materials for all production positions
Develop and maintain department manuals and training materials for all production positions
Assist and support production department personnel with job functions as needed
Assist in creating budgetary requirements and tracking the financial aspects of department
Create and maintain daily band cost spreadsheet
Create and maintain inventory and maintenance log
Ensure all procedures are cost effective
Creates daily and weekly show schedule
Assist in scheduling appropriate number of staff while maintaining labor costs within the assigned budgetary guidelines
Maintain regular communications with Venue and Corporate Management
Facilitate proper interdepartmental communication and organization
Assist in Managing stage, sound, and lighting crews
Coordinate operational feedback with Talent Buyer
Advance technical details for shows/events
Assist with the maintenance of audio, lighting, backline and video systems advising on repairs when needed
Advance food and beverage/hospitality requirements
Ensure information is distributed to Operations Managers in a timely basis
Responsible for safe and consistent operation of all equipment
Advise on design and purchase of site lighting systems (patio, restaurant, etc.)
Attends production and operations meeting as outlined by Talent Buyer
Maintain -past show- files
Maintain accurate vendor records, following Purchase Ordering Systems
Responsible for documenting and delivering disciplinary actions to production crew
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Required:
Flexible Schedule (days/nights, late hours, weekends, and holidays)
Minimum 3 years prior production management experience in an entertainment venue
3 years minimum Tour and Stage Production experience
strong people skills with an emphasis on competent and diplomatic communication with tour/production manager representatives
Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
Computer literate in Windows applications
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
High School Diploma
Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms
Preferred:
Some College or College Degree in related field
Point of Sales knowledge
Behavioral Based Interviewing Skills
Cash handling experience
Experience in a live music environment
Physical Demands/Working Environment:

THE ROLE
Premium Operations Supervisor
In partnership with the Premium Seat Sales (PSS) team, assist in all aspects of the Premium Seat Services experience - including the Club, Premium Seat inventory, parking, etc.
Responsible for hiring and training of all non-Food & Beverage night of show premium positions to service the Premium Club and Premium Seat locations- i.e. Hosts, Greeters, Ticket Takers, Security, etc.
Maintains integrity of PSS program and ensures Premium team maintains open lines of communication to identify and rectify problems in real time
Lead and manage group of 20+ to execute premium hospitality
Main liaison between PSS and operations team
Participates in pre-shift premium operations meeting with PSS team, Club Operations Supervisor & Regional Premium F&B Manager
Conducts all pre-shift meetings and assignments (boxes, club seats, Premium club, entrance gates, etc.)
Monitors all Premium locations throughout the evening
Surveys boxes to be sure boxes are not over capacity
Conducts post show recap and relays feedback to PSS and operations team
Works with Box Office Manager on ticket issues throughout show

The Role:
Responsibilities:
Welcome and acknowledge Foundation Room members, Live Nation Executives and VIP's to instill appreciation for their membership and patronage
Impeccable knowledge in the steps of delivering service for up-scale dining
Stays current and is knowledgeable on the latest drink trends
Understands the fundamentals of Mixology and ability to uphold our Beverage Culture
Deep knowledge of how food, wine, beer, spirits and other beverage work in harmony with food selection
The ability to suggest wines that will best complement particular foods off the food menu
Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance alcohol awareness training and House of Blues alcohol policies
Request proper identification for anyone appearing under 30 years of age
Interact with guests in a natural, friendly demeanor
Cultivate regular guests and repeat business
Successfully complete a pour test prior to every shift, where applicable
Suggestively sell both beverages and menu items to guests at the bar
Deliver food items and beverage orders promptly
Prioritize and organize drink orders
Consistently prepare beverages according to standard recipes and venue specifications, abide by all control systems
Record any equipment failure and/or safety hazards in bar log
Recognize when guests are becoming too intoxicated and refuse further service of alcohol in a courteous and safety-minded manner, bringing it to the attention of a manager
