- Matches purchase invoices (proof of receipt) with vendor invoices so that proper accounting of costs can be accomplished

- Generates report to select appropriate open invoices for payment, generates check and prepares for signature

- Initiates EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) for various payments, including but not limited to payroll, freight bills, and consulting fees

- Enters employee expense reports in computer accounting system and generates checks for payment of such expense reports

- Writes, issues, and posts manually generated checks

- Enters vendor invoices in computer accounting system

- Analyzes and assigns expenses to the proper departments within the company

- Maintains files of paid vendor invoices in an orderly manner

- Monitors petty cash payments and reconciles petty cash periodically

- Prepares monthly general ledger allocation of freight expenses

- Enters invoices and generates payment documentation for foreign suppliers

The Technical Support Product Specialist acts as a technical expert in their assigned product line and, as such, provides support to internal and external customers in troubleshooting and technical queries. In addition, they will monitor product quality issues and drive product improvements in the product line(s) assigned, perform warranty teardown/evaluations and help manage warranties.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Daily interaction with external and internal customers to provide expert-level technical support for the company's products

• Perform field service preventive maintenance work and advanced field service repair, to include modifications to equipment at customer site

• Perform equipment health check: check base pressure, pumping speed, and test other vital components to ensure optimal performance

• Conduct warranty evaluations and submit all warranty related service reports and documentation

• Perform on-site equipment startup and operator training

• Demonstrate knowledge of rotating equipment as follows:

• Start / Stop rotating equipment,

• Using display module - access vital data (setpoints, event logs, error codes etc.)

• Identify name and know function of major component (sensors, motors, gas systems, etc.)

• Fulfill field service safety requirements including safety training, safety certifications and maintain safety equipment / tooling as instructed

• Relay customer issues, problems, and complaints to Service Manager and/or Technical Support Team; expediting critical issues as deemed necessary

• Accurate completion and submission of all necessary documentation and reports for assigned field activities, utilizing Busch approved programs and software within the timeline set forth by management

• Relay pricing information on parts, service support or new equipment to customers when requested

• Develop mutually beneficial business relationships with end user customers to maintain, grow and promote the company after sale parts, products and service(s) business

• Be able to travel to customer site on short notice (as required)

The EHS Specialist works with the Environmental Health and Safety Department to plan, direct, and implement Busch's environmental health and safety programs and ensure a positive, safe, and healthy work environment. In addition, they are responsible for compliance with all environmental and safety regulatory agencies. Promote a culture of Quality, Safety, and continuous improvement throughout the company. Must be able to support departments in taking a proactive approach to ensure compliance.
