Join the Failure Analytics team of Cat Digital and be responsible for driving timely product and process excellence into Dealer facing insights. JOB DUTIES:
The Sr. Project Manager is accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free. The principal responsibility of the Sr. Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project charter, communications, metrics, reporting, and the overall project plan and budget.
Support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects
Develop and produce project management schedules.
Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
Manage schedules that reflect detailed information related to the changes, including effected components and functions, timelines for various stages of project completion, cost, etc.
Will work with the individual team members from multiple functional disciplines and customers to establish completion dates.
Monitor progress of projects, discusses problems with affected areas, assures appropriate personnel are informed of problem and steps are in place to meet schedules.
Depending on nature of problems, expected to recommend possible solutions and alternatives.
Required Qualifications:
The position typically requires a college or university degree or certification that is equivalent.
5+ years of experience working with technical teams in an agile environment
Proven experience with project management concepts including project charters, scheduling and planning projects and successful completion
Should have strong project management skills, team leadership skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multitask effectively, strong analytical and organizational skills.
Previous agile training (spring planning, daily scrums, sprint, retrospective)
Top Candidates will also have:
Masters' degree in computer science, information systems, or closely related disciplines
PMP certification preferred
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) preferred
Working knowledge of JIRA and Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Confluence
Advance knowledge of Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project
Familiarity with Machine Learning Techniques (Supervised, Unsupervised, Random Forest, Neural Networks)

The Senior Commercial Consultant will work alongside the Commercial Manager to develop as-a-service and asset sale pricing strategies for defined segments and currencies. To develop and manage new as-a-service customer commercial agreements. To set-up a process to support and manage bespoke agreements. Job Purpose:
The ongoing development and execution of innovate pricing methodologies to deliver E&ESD financial goals through value-based pricing. To create new commercial solutions for a growing range of products and services. To acquire new business by providing timely pricing quotes. To maintain a profitable portfolio of customer agreements.
Job Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
To develop pricing strategies for products and services for specific business segments and currencies based on selected business models. To continually improve pricing strategies based on targeted learning.

To lead deal teams to establish pricing and agreements for bespoke deals to support internal partners in specific business segments.

The maintenance department for our Morton, IL Distribution center is responsible for over 400 PMs a month, over 400 work orders a month, and we provide nearly 24hr 365-day year support for operations. Our mechanics, electricians, and technicians lead troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for a highly automated and connected warehouse. We manage over 23 miles of light-duty and heavy-duty conveyors and over 40 ASRS material handling cranes. Additionally, we support over a dozen Vision Guided Vehicle robots (Seegrid and OTTO), Autostore (144 robots and 24 ports), along with many other automated types of equipment such as tote exchange, deconsolidation cell, goods to person stations, lantech stretch wrapper, customer box builder and more.
The Second Shift Maintenance Supervisor position is critical to the success of the Morton facility. This position is responsible for: providing maintenance support for operations, janitorial, buildings, grounds, and equipment. Supervising skilled trades craftsmen including electricians, mechanics, and painters. Leading repairs of equipment, coordinating projects with engineering and supporting contracted services as needed. Generate leads and sales opportunities through presentations, either electronically or in person. Job Duties
his position is the role of a seasoned project management professional. He/she manages projects that have substantial R&D value, are moderate to complex in nature, and are managed with limited supervision. This is a staff position that requires a thorough understanding in program and project management tools & processes. Ability to facilitate programs, leads chartering sessions, develops/validates network diagrams, lead integration and compression sessions. Work assignments may be specialized in nature but may also be broad based with coordination between other staff personnel to complete a larger, more complex program.
Specific work assignments may be as follows: Coordinate with Program Managers to schedule and support program control meetings & compression sessions and can make schedule changes/corrections during control meetings and compression sessions. Maintains and can lead update meetings for program level issues/action logs, risk registers/FMEAs, scope change requests/logs, program work plans, program cost tracking and provide workshop planning, execution, and follow-up assistance.
Create accurate and detailed schedules. The incumbent will capture all information, interpret, and identify relationships between activities, analyzes data from schedule updates, works with project team members to resolve logic errors, explains changes due to updates, and recommends actions to resolve schedule problems.
Lead and conduct detail-planning meetings with no supervision. The incumbent must possess the ability to work with functional areas to develop their detailed activities and schedule. Provides analysis and recommendations needed to increase accuracy of program and project schedules, provides leadership in understanding and following program and project management standard processes, and works daily with team members to emphasize the importance of the program schedule to be successful in implementing on time, with in cost, and at the required quality targets. The incumbent must be able to interpret and transfer work breakdown structure (WBS) into project management software. Mentor/coach and train other Program Coordinators, individual project managers, and project teams in the program management processes and software. Basic Qualifications
This position requires a four-year college or university degree with a technical focus is highly desirable.
