JOB PURPOSE: To assist and manage inventory processes, systems and procedures at the Midwest Logistics Center in Champaign, IL. Team Lead Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

-Coordinate inventory audit processes and associated system adjustments

-Coordinate with logistics and internal process teams to handle receipt match discrepancies

-Interface with facility process partners and coordinate voice of customer to logistics team to improve processes

-Lead meetings with multifunctional team to track performance and drive results

-Lead inventory reconciliation and investigate root cause

-Regularly lead problem-solving events to drive continuous improvement

-Accountable for tracking inventory metrics and meeting Safety, Quality, Velocity and Cost goals

-Occasionally perform material handling and warehousing functions as required

-Work independently with minimal supervision

-Ability to work OT when required

-Occasionally lead team meetings guiding daily priorities and change management

-Demonstrating safety excellence and enforcing safety policies and procedures

Essential Job Functions:

-Occasionally lift parts up to 35 pounds individually or 70 pound as team lift

• Accurately utilizes data collection systems

Compensation & Benefits Offered!

Hourly Pay Range: $19.65 - $26.05 (salary negotiations to be offered based on skills/experience)

1st shift Work Hours: 6AM- 4:30PM

2nd shift Work Hours: 4:15PM - 2:45AM

2nd shift will receive an additional 7% night shift premium.

Monday - Thursday with occasional overtime on Fridays

$2,000 sign on bonus. Incumbent will receive first pay out after 90 days of employment and second payout after 180 days of employment.

The payout of sign on bonus will be based on acceptable performance and attendance

The Quality Supervisor has responsibility to provide support for quality initiatives in facility operations, supplier quality, and materials technology. Job Duties

• The incumbent, through the Quality Control staff, ensures the conformance to specifications of iron castings, purchased material, machined parts and assemblies in an assigned area. Inspection gages are also certified periodically to ensure valid inspection results. Decisions made by this position have significant impact on the quality reputation of company products. The incumbent interprets inspection policies and procedures and supervises the activities of bargaining unit personnel.

• The incumbent in this position is responsible for overseeing the execution of processes, plans and tools that support metallurgical quality and global quality systems or related processes i.e. Cost of Poor Quality, APQP, PPAP, quality certifications, MQ11005 and MQ12005 etc. The incumbent must also ensure alignment to CPS (Caterpillar Production System) principles.

• The incumbent is responsible for verifying that quality is being maintained throughout the metallurgical inspection processes. Works with Engineering, Operations and other functional areas in establishing audit procedures, audit frequencies and quality teams to insure customers are receiving a Caterpillar quality product.

• Plan work and manage shop floor quality controllers. Establish schedule of product control and equipment control.

Responsible for the process of the annual refresh of the technology strategy (includes mega-trend analysis, competitive assessment, external partnership review, key technology and bold goal revisions), tracking and monitoring the enterprise leveraged New Technology Introduction (NTI) investment portfolio, delivering major technology demonstrations, and for select technology portfolios, transferring technologies into NPI programs to meet time, cost & quality targets, delivering technology programs aligned to product, market and customer needs while adhering to the Technology Readiness Level process, and leading technology integration events to integrate and align the technology strategy across the enterprise.

This position will develop standard processes for IC&S's technology portfolio management. This position will lead the IC&S technology portfolio managers in execution of the common processes and management of the exempt investment in technology. This role will support the Director of Innovation and Emerging Technology and the Chief Technology Officer in the execution of the Enterprise Technology Strategy.

This position works with different partners (including Chief Engineers, Product Managers, and Technology Managers) across the enterprise to communicate, deploy and execute the Enterprise Technology Strategy.

Decisions made in this role will affect Enterprise Technology Strategy direction, total product lines, major company processes and multiple technologies. Description:

Ensure correct and timely payment of Accounts Payable, administration of Accounts Receivable, and perform miscellaneous accounting duties such as reconciliations and journal entries. The position also handles mailing and filing duties as assigned.

• Accounts Payable duties include - processing all invoices, stamping them with date received, ensure material or services has been received or performed, entering the invoiceinto the ERPsystem, ensure dollars and quantities match. JOB PURPOSE:

The Software Engineering Manager provides leadership in design, development and deployment of Caterpillar's state-of-the-art mobile applications for Cat dealers and customers. This position is accountable for hiring, managing and mentoring a team or multiple teams of software engineers in delivering the common department goals in line with CAT Digital Strategy. The Software Engineering Manager will lead the team that will build world class mobile solutions to help in increasing Caterpillar aftermarket part sales growth and Caterpillar prime product differentiation.

JOB DUTIES:

Responsibilities include supervising teams and projects related to developing mobile solutions and implementing common operating procedures to provide process functionality and the requisite infrastructure to enable effective, efficient, economical services. Directs implementation of software infrastructure components to maximize common process and minimize costs by efficiently controlling the infrastructure environment.

The position supports the CAT Digital strategy, recognizes the service requirements/needs of dealers and customers, corporate and business unit goals, and gives input to leadership in formulating global concepts, strategies and plans to deliver service solutions.

Typical internal customers include various contacts throughout Caterpillar worldwide and its subsidiaries.

External contacts include various customers, dealers, and vendors throughout worldwide markets. The position is challenged to carefully evaluate problems and provide input into a large number of possible solutions before selecting one option. Problems may be complex and can require the manager to develop and monetize new solutions. The manager follows general policies and guidelines for projects under his/her control to ensure specific, management goals are met, and desired results are achieved. Impacts key quality goals including Customer Satisfaction, Continuous Improvement, and Reoccurring

Revenue, Timeliness, Accuracy, Efficiency, Cost Savings, Process Quality, etc.

The position supervises a work unit of primarily management/professional employees where some review of subordinate work is required as well as training, development and mentoring. The position is responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates, as well as overall employee satisfaction for the division.

Employee is also responsible for performing other job duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

Basic Qualifications:

• Position requires a four-year degree from an accredited college or university.

• 12 + years or more of software development experience or at least 8 years of experience with Master's degree in computer science or related field.

• 5 years or more of experience in managing software development teams.

• 5 years or more of experience in public cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

• Demonstrated leadership on medium to large-scale projects impacting strategic priorities.

• Mobile Experience

• 3 + years in managing or developing mobile solutions

• Experience in managing or developing mobile native and hybrid (React Native/Flutter/Capacitor) solutions

• Ability to effectively prioritize, delegate responsibilities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Experience with working with teams in multiple worldwide locations

• Proven experience in many of the following,

• Designing, developing, deploying and maintaining software at scale.

• Developing software applications using relational and NoSQL databases.

• Application architectural patterns, such as MVC, Microservices, Event-driven, etc.

• Deploying software using CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GoCD, Azure DevOps etc.

• At least three plus years of deploying and maintaining software using public clouds such as AWS or Azure.

• Working within an Agile framework (ideally Scrum).

• Debugging and maintaining software in Linux or Unix platforms.

• Strong understanding and/or experience in many of the following,

• Test driven development and behavior driven development.

• Must demonstrate solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals like data structures and algorithms.

• Ability to work under pressure and within time constraints.

• Passion for technology and innovation.
