Our Caterpillar Remanufacturing Division currently has an opening for an Assembly II position located in the Corinth, MS facility . This position will include assembly of components with increasing levels of complexity and/or variation.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work in a fast-paced, safety and quality focused team environment to perform various assembly processes.

  • Knowledge and adherence to contamination control guidelines,

  • Will require print reading skills and quality checks, as defined by standard work.

  • Will use hand tools, power tools, torque tools, gages, hoists, presses, and other tools as necessary.

  • Cross training in other positions up to and including Salary Grade 3 may be required, based upon basic qualifications and physical requirements being met.

  • Examples of positions within Salary grade range include Cleaning 1, 2, 3, Disassembly 1, 2, Assembly 1, Machining 1, 2, Logistics 1, 2 and/or Quality 1

  • Reference other position postings for specific qualifications and physical requirements.

  • Will be required to follow production schedules

  • Will be required to utilize various computer systems including MES, BIQ, Pinpoint and Epix to reference work instructions, prints and perform data entry

  • May require utilizing overhead cranes/hoists, and/or electric pallet jack to move parts in and out of area.

  • All operators will adhere to Built in Safety guidelines.

  • Operator should have attention to detail and be self-motivated.

  • Operator is expected to cross train in other areas of operations to provide flexibility.

  • Candidate will work in an environment without close supervision.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Basic computer experience (ability to read standard work documents and enter data)

  • Required to read/write and interpret documents.

  • Experience with basic tooling (hand tools, air tools, pneumatic tools, etc)

  • 1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience

Top Candidates will also have:

  • Knowledge of engines and components.

  • Prior use of hoists.

  • Print reading experience

  • Basic assembly training or engine/component assembly experience or engine mechanic experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Job may be physically demanding at times and must be able to handle high volume fast paced operation.

  • May work in an environment with frequently changing temperatures

  • May walk, squat and bend for intervals of 15-30 minutes

  • Must be able to wear proper PPE.

  • May be required to lift/push/pull heavy parts up to 30 lbs. multiple times per shift.

  • Must be able to stand for up to 10+ hours per shift.

Job Bid Eligibility Requirements:

Additional information

Compensation & Benefits Offered!

Starting hourly pay rate of $15.39 (pay negotiations based on skills/experience)

This position is 1st shift.

Work Hours: 5AM - 3PM

Up to $2,000 sign on bonus. Bonus amount will vary based on skills/experience. Incumbent will receive first pay out after 60 days of employment and second payout after 180 days of employment.

The payout of sign on bonus will be based on acceptable performance and attendance

40-hour work weeks with potential for overtime

80 hours of vacation with an additional 24 hours of paid Personal Time Off (PTO)

10 Paid holidays

This is a cybersecurity management position responsible for ensuring continuous vulnerability lifecycle management within the Enterprise including monitoring, collection, reporting, ticketing, and assessment of impact for vulnerability related data and emerging threats.

Manager, Vulnerability Management is responsible for managing a team of vulnerability assessment and remediation professionals and supporting operational teams in their remediation and risk management efforts.

Responsibilities:

The incumbent will lead by forming strong partnerships with technical and operational teams, software owners, and asset management. Provide guidance, awareness, and prioritization to control vulnerabilities in the environment in a timely and effective manner.

  • Drive actionable metrics and reporting for operations and leadership transparency.

  • Manage resources performing continuous scanning, prioritization, and reporting of vulnerabilities throughout on-premise and cloud-based environments across both enterprise and service provider networks.

  • Influence cross-functional, cross-department teams in remediating security vulnerabilities, ensuring regular communication of status and work products mitigate the intended vulnerabilities.

  • Manage a team for the monitoring for security configuration drift and partnering with operations teams to resolve insecure configurations.

  • Lead large-scale information security projects, including implementation and delivery of new infrastructure security scanning capabilities.

  • Serve as subject matter expert and thought leader related to vulnerability management and secure configuration.

  • Provide support on incidents and outages as necessary.

  • Establish appropriate objectives for the team in support of organizational goals in alignment to the Cybersecurity strategy.

  • Identify and recommend appropriate measures to manage risk to a level acceptable to executive management.

  • Provide frequent and fair feedback to employees regarding expectations and performance through recognition, coaching, etc.

  • Mentor and lead individuals, providing feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.

  • This position requires a minimal amount of travel; up to 20% of work time.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor (4 year) degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or other degrees in related fields

  • 5+ years of Cybersecurity or Information Security experience

  • At least one relevant vulnerability management certification (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, GIAC)

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Two (2) or more years of experience in a management position.

  • Master's Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Computer Science is preferred, but not required.

  • Other related certifications such as GCIH or SANS/GSEC are preferred, but not required.

  • Proficient with ServiceNow & Vulnerability Management solutions such as: Qualys (preferred), Tenable Nessus, Rapid7.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity and the relationship between threat, vulnerability, and impact in the context of risk management.

  • Familiar with security best practices, vulnerability management processes, and secure configuration management.

  • Experience conducting enterprise-wide vulnerability scanning and remediation processes.

  • Prior experience managing budgets in the range of $2m to $5m annually

  • Demonstrated ability to build effective, cohesive, and collaborative team

The Technical Information Solutions (TIS) team, within Global Service (Americas Distribution Service & Marketing), create and deliver the technical parts and service information critical for the repair and service of Caterpillar products. Not a part gets sold, nor a machine or engine repaired, without the use of the information created, managed, and delivered by this team.

The Business Intelligence Analyst within the TIS Strategy and Commercial team, will be responsible for leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of business analytics data for some of the most used applications at Caterpillar and across our dealer network. With over 300,000 users worldwide and 2 million page views every day, our systems are the backbone of dealer and customer product support operations. Through your expertise and insights, you will identify and interpret trends and patterns to influence strategic and application development decisions. Responsibilities:

  • Monitors the production plan and modifies as needed to maintain acceptable product availability and inventory levels. Collects, monitors and analyzes actual results against business variables of the RBM forecasts such as sales to users, orders, shipments and factory and dealer inventory. Develops a plan for critical review by Product Managers, materials, factory managers and marketing subsidiaries, explaining why this plan provides the best compromise to conflicting objectives. Adjusts RBM forecast for supply constraints such as machinery, equipment, manpower, etc.

  • The position manages a work unit of primarily management/professional employees where monitoring and reviewing work of subordinates is required as well as training, developing and mentoring. The position is responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates.

Job Duties/Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited to:

  • Safely perform the material handling and warehousing functions required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
