The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial management support for a portfolio of business comprised of multiple complex projects. The PCA will directly support the Operations team along with the Corporate FP&A staff, to perform tasks related to contract management, program/project management, and other business-related requirements. Responsibilities

GENERAL

• Support Operations leadership and Corporate FP&A by providing project-specific, detail-level financial expertise.

• Provide direct support to FP&A Senior Financial Analysts (SFAs) including, but not limited to, analysis, reporting, ad hoc data calls, month-end processes, and FY planning events.

  INVOICING

• Manage SubK funding and expenditures; validate funding and prepare/submit PRs to Accounting.

Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) is looking for a self-directed and motivated individual to join our team as Deputy Lead Systems Engineer in support of a DoD program. Primary work location is at Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego, CA with additional ability to perform some aspects of the position remotely. This position requires a DoD Secret clearance.

In this role, you will provide System Engineering and subject matter expertise for network and communications systems in support of NIWC Pacific Code 55111 to fulfill PMA-268 Unmanned Carrier Aviation (UCA) requirements, focused on developing features for the Advanced Networking Tactical System (ANTS) and Ashore Routing Communications System (ARCS) network hardware. As the Deputy Lead System Engineer, you will support the ANTS/ARCS team on shore and ship network integration and testing to ensure network functionality meets UCA aircraft requirements. Responsibilities

Must be in or willing to relocate to Huntsville, AL for positions listed below:

Cyber Engineer:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Sciences, Engineering or related field required (Master's degree preferred).

• Must possess an active government TS/SCI security clearance.

• 10+ years of experience with cyber and network systems.

• Understanding of Space Force ground architectures, to include Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) ground systems (desired).

• Experience with Platform as a Service (PAAS).

• Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as Python, Perl, Ruby, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies.

  Cyber Security Analyst:

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security or vulnerability analysis.

• A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred.

• Previous experience on a Red- and/or Blue-Team.

• Threat Hunting experience is a must.

  Cyber Security Lead:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security.

• Experience leading cyber team of analysts and engineers.

• A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred .

  Army Cyber Security Lead:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security.

• Experience leading cyber team of analysts and engineers.

• A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in creating proposals and SOW's, responding to RFP's.

  NASA Cyber Security Lead:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security.

• Experience leading cyber team of analysts and engineers.

• A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred.

• Ability to demonstrate proficiency in creating proposals and SOW's, responding to RFP's.

  Defense Cyber Analyst:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university in a STEM field.

• A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in cyber security or vulnerability analysis.

• A minimum Active DOD Top Secret Clearance is required, TS/SCI preferred.
