Job Description:
Responsible for performing a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive manufacturing assembly and test operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies for cables and harnesses. Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies. Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and assists in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
Essential Functions:
Completes circuit card assembly operations on various electronic products, while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications
Sets up a variety of manufacturing apparatus, and completes assembly following methods, procedures, standards, and operations sequences
Ability to work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, supporting surface mount and thru-hole circuit cards and their applicable components
Documents assembly data and results, provides documentation of failed products
Works to achieve operational targets within the functional area
Able to work in both team and individual contributor roles, with minimal supervision
Resource to other employees for various operations within the circuit card assembly processes, having multiple area of manufacturing expertise

Overview
We are seeking a motivated, energetic Principal Program Manager to contribute to the success of the Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III and Large Solid Rocket Motor (LSRM) programs. This position reports to the Aerojet Rocketdyne Defense Production Act (DPA) Title III Program Director. The primary work for this position will be to support installation and maintenance of the Shipboard Data System (SDS) onboard US and UK Submarines, and US and UK shore sites, including new construction shipyard activity.
Responsible for projects and processes the Integrated Technical Solutions group at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station, FL, achieving operational targets for contract projects for the Navy customer.
Assigned tasking requires communication within the Integrated Technical Solutions and Range and Test Solutions groups, as well as coordination with external supporting contractors and Navy customers. Requires guiding, coaching, and training new ITS Managers and RTS Program Managers on control account reporting and management. Support of control accounts requires experience with developing metrics and recommendations to meet business requirements and improve performance.
Requires occasional travel to meet control account management and meeting requirements.

The Manager of Subcontracts will be responsible for the procurement of critical subcontracts as well as manage a team of subcontract professionals in support of L3Harris Agile Development Group (ADG). Job Description:
The Project Engineer (PE) holds technical responsibility and authority for the program under the technical authority from Engineering Leadership to execute assigned programs, as well as direct integration with the Program Manager (PM). This includes but is not limited to:
