In this role you will:
Support 1-3 assigned retail bank branches on the origination of mortgage loans
Sit within assigned bank branches to collaborate with branch leadership, participate in branch huddles, mentor and coach employees to increase knowledge of mortgage products and processes, and assist mortgage clients
Conduct daily outbound calls to existing and prospective customers regarding mortgage loan products and complete associated tracking activities
Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide them with high quality customer service
Inform prospective and existing customers of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage programs
Analyze and offer prospective and existing customers mortgage loan products based on client's need
Process loan applications for dwelling-secured mortgage transactions and review rates and terms within guidelines
Maintain high standard of client satisfaction and quality by ensuring timely and proactive customer communication
Collaborate with fulfillment partners to meet the needs of our clients throughout the origination process
Develop and maintain a high degree of visibility for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in the marketplace
Continuously pursue Wells Fargo training offerings to increase knowledge of company products, policies and procedures, and underwriting requirements
Adhere to policies, underwriting requirements, compliance requirements, and loan procedures
Stay informed of mortgage industry trends and developments in the assigned market
Perform miscellaneous duties as needed and required

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and understanding of sales prospecting and generating referrals
Experience with retail residential mortgage fundings over the past 12 months referred primarily from established, local or external sources

Job Expectations:
This position requires SAFE registration at the time of employment. Wells Fargo will initiate the SAFE registration process immediately after your employment start date. The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (http://fedregistry.nationwidelicensingsystem.org ) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position
Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. 50%: You will interview and onboard new therapists who join the BetterHelp platform.
25%: You will conduct outbound phone calls to assist therapists with the onboarding process, once they have applied to join BetterHelp. (Note: This is NOT -cold calling- and it is NOT a Sales position - it is an onboarding position.)
25%: You will be accountable for the day-to-day operations & SLAs for the -top of funnel- work for the BetterHelp therapist onboarding process, including but not limited to: initial application review, initial license verifications, initial credentialing and sanctions investigations, and initial profile creation/review.
BetterHelp is a mental health platform that involves onboarding many therapists to join this platform. This Onboarding Specialist role will be responsible for conducting these interviews with therapists that want to join BetterHelp and asking them very non-technical questions such as "What is your name? Where did you get your therapist license from?" On top of this, this person will help therapists with their onboarding, ensuring completion and answering any questions they may have. If the therapists have not completed their onboarding, this person will also follow up via phone to guide them and see if they are still interested. Some administrative work includes verifying licenses and inputting notes.

Sr Fair Lending Analyst | Remote | $35/h-$48/h
Essential Responsibilities:
Promote a culture of fair lending within the bank (includes mortgage division and joint ventures)
Build strong partnerships across the organization and provide subject matter expertise and support guidance on fair lending related matters
Identify relevant sources of data to perform fair lending analysis of loans covered under HMDA and validate accuracy of data collected. Address any noted deficiencies in lending data with appropriate business lines and support staff
Communicate with lines of business regarding the results of the analyses/file review and any possible exceptions.
Make practical recommendations in response to the resulting analytics and collaborate to track and implement control enhancements. Identify additional areas where focus may be needed
Creates reports, visualization charts, analytical models, maps, dashboards/scorecards, risk assessments etc. to identify trends, fair lending performance and risks
Interpret and communicate results of fair lending quantitative analysis reports and risk assessments for management and regulatory compliance committee
Assess and/or recommend fair lending training needs for applicable personnel
Provide support during fair lending examinations and internal audits
Maintain a working knowledge of the mortgage loan origination system to aid in data collection and validity reviews
Maintain a proficient knowledge of Fair Lending and UDAAP laws, mortgage rules and regulations to ensure changes within the mortgage industry and their impact on the mortgage operations & services are addressed
Perform reviews of policies, procedures to ensure Fair Lending Laws and Regulations are addressed
Maintain and update departmental fair lending procedures
Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Must haves:

The Safety & Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing support to the executive management team, supervisors, foremen and workers. This position will provide leadership and coordination of the day-to-day safety requirements of the production facility and staff, as well as manage, perform and oversee the maintenance of all production machinery and equipment within the production facilities. The Safety & Maintenance Technician works daily to ensure complete compliance with OSHA standards, and for maintaining a safe and healthy workplace and a functional facility
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Establish and promote a safe and healthy working environment in the business through formulating general safety, fire prevention, health policies/measures and equipment/machinery maintenance schedules
- Assist production management personnel in meeting their obligations under the relevant Occupational Health & Safety legislation, such as ongoing safety education, hazard identification and elimination, forklift training, etc.
- Ensure that the workplace is monitored and is fully in compliance with all applicable OSHA standards, rules and regulations in order to maintain safety in manufacturing facilities.

Job Description:
Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
Customer Experience
Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services. Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
Models and shares customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied, etc.).
Operations
Provides customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
Recommends items for sale to customer and recommends trade-up and/or companion items.
Registers customer purchases on assigned cash register, collects cash and distributes change as requested; processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory, and maintains records. Checks in and prices merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
Implements Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
Ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products).
Constructs and maintains displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise. Completes resets and revisions as directed.
Assists with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures (e.g., raw and frozen meats on bottom shelves). For consumable items, assists in stock rotation, using the first in, first out method and restock outs.
Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.
Provides customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
Assumes web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders (pick items), delivers orders to customers as they arrive at store).
Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
