Summary

Asset Performance & Energy Excellence (APEX) Director-Business Development & Solutions

CBRE's APEX program delivers an integrated, data-driven approach to turn-key asset management and energy excellence.

The purpose of this position is to focus on Asset Performance and Energy Excellence programs by designing the most compelling, value driven, and operationally advanced solution. Specifically, this individual will bring all elements together in an APEX solution by:

• Developing bid pricing models and approach including solutions for existing accounts.

• Pricing out savings and other commitments we can make to an improved delivery model.

• Program manages implementation of the client agreed solution sold during transition.

• Helps identify and designate appropriate resources for transitions effort.

• Utilizes in depth knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), BMS standards, building analytics platforms, and networking to build robust client solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Leads the overall tailored solution of large or complex facilities management outsourcing pursuits including the development of innovative operating models, organization design, cost savings, technology, financial analytics, and other CBRE value added tools.

Collaborate with CBRE's global Energy and Sustainability platform and sector lead to identify and drive strategic growth opportunities

Reviews client's RFP data and existing portfolio information, maintenance history, service levels, spend reports, and strategic vision to determine appropriate service delivery model and maximize the value proposition to meet expectations.

Provide in-depth knowledge of CBRE's APEX solutions in conjunction with subject matter experts and on account resources to develop customized client solutions. Ensure our solutions are competitive, achievable, and aligned to our solutions guidance.

Utilize multiple solutioning tools, analytics, benchmarks, and costing databases to ensure solution pricing provides the best achievable value for the client with minimum risk. Develop key assumptions for each solution.

Duties - Loads and unloads containers, picks up product and puts it away with a sitting forklift and/or pallet jack - Fills out paperwork correctly, neatly and completely to document inbound and outbound product - Counts product (including partial pallets) with high accuracy to track inventory - Communicates with drivers politely and professionally - Checks and records inbound and outbound trucks - Perform various warehouse inspections concerning goods received/ shipped - Promotes a high level of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, dispatching and assuring quality of goods - Measures and reports the effectiveness of warehousing activities - Organizes and maintains the inventory/storage area - Assist in the responsibilities of ensuring the accuracy of all shipments and inventory transactions - Tag and label merchandise and stockpile merchandise according to size, shape, and type. - Box, wrap and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards

Description:

• Remove pumps from the frame and disassemble pump components minimizing any damage to components during disassembly per the prescribed timeframe. Following training and procedures provided in the internal proprietary system.

• Perform preventive maintenance on shop equipment as part of Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program.

• Clean vacuum pump components using high pressure parts washer, bead blaster, sand blaster or other cleaning equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance on shop equipment as part of Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) program.

• Ability to safely and productively operate material handling equipment, forklift, pallet jacks, and overhead cranes.

• Assemble crates and product packaging for shipping pumps and parts.

• Assist with the implementing and maintaining 5S and Lean activities to improve flow and reduce waste as directed by Management.

• Perform processes and procedures while maintaining measurable and productive output as defined by production goals.

• Must comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures while reporting all unsafe activities and concerns to supervisor, safety officer, or human resources

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or General Education Degree

Experience: Up to 1 year of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment: Preferred.

Computer Skills: Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office software: Required.

Certifications & Licenses: Valid driver's license must be maintained throughout employment

Job Summary

Sorts, displays, removes, and replenishes fresh fruits and vegetables in the produce department. Maintains the overall environment of the department by providing assistance to Members through product knowledge and customer service. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities

• Provides assistance to Members in the produce department. Answers questions, recommends products and safe handling tips, and assists Members with finding products throughout the club.

• Inspects, rotates, and stores produce upon delivery. Ensures that all received produce meets or exceeds company produce standards

• Rotates produce on the sales floor to ensure optimal freshness and variety. Ensures cases and display areas are fully stocked. Keeps the produce displays neat and clean. Removes products that are no longer suitable for sale.

• Maintains the produce reserve stock area. Dates and rotates all back stock items. Ensures the storage area is organized and condensed daily.

• Follows established guidelines when disposing of damaged, spoiled, and/or expired products.

• Assists Produce Supervisor with inventory and order processing as needed.

• Cleans and sanitizes all produce equipment, display fixtures, and areas, including the produce cooler and refrigerated display cases.

• Generates signage for produce goods and performs price check functions when necessary. Ensures all items are accurately priced and signed.

• Maintains all club policies and procedures.

• Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

• Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a produce department preferred.

• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.

• At least 18 years of age.

Environmental Job Conditions

• Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces and positioning oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

• Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.

• Located in a comfortable indoor environment with frequent exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and/or coolers.
