CTG is currently seeking several levels(Mid through Senior) of experienced Systems Analystto join our team for a contract to hire opportunity in the financial services industry.These are remote opportunities with core business hours of 11am to 4pm Pacific time.

Ideal candidate will have experience in SQL as well as in one or more of the following languages: .Net, C#, or Java and a strong understanding application architecture and design.

Location: Must be located in one of the following States to be considered for this opportunity: AK, AR, AZ, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, IA, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, PA, SD, SC, TX, VA, WA, WY.

Primary Functions:Collaborates as a member of a Product Development Team in the analysis of system specific user stories and technical processes of product capabilities. An active collaborator with Product Development Team members in the development of products to achieve strategic business outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solve business problems by collaborating in the development and implementation of value driven business solutions

  • Develops a working knowledge of credit union product capabilities

  • Develops general knowledge of current and emerging technology solutions

  • Identify and document user stories and specifications

  • Document system architectures, data flows, and relationships to business processes

  • Prioritize user stories to facilitate feature development

  • Collaborate with Product Development Team members on test case documentation

  • Collaborate with Product Development Team members on test case execution and acceptance

  • Document and track user stories related to defects and resolution

  • Participate in the coordination activities for implementation planning and execution

  • Work closely with other analysts to collaborate in knowledge sharing activities

  • Perform other duties as assigned in support of team efforts and results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in a discipline such as computer science, information systems, or equivalent work experience. Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education

  • Certifications in Agile, SCRUM, MCSE, and/or CISA preferred.

  • Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing at a variety of levels to include business stakeholders, vendors, technical teams, customers, and management.

  • At least a year of professional experience as a Business Analyst and/or System Analyst.

  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices and methodologies to include SCRUM and Kanban.

  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle, operating systems, tools to test software applications/systems, development/modeling tools, and time management skills.

  • Able to work as part of a large or small team.

Responsible for growing CTG’s business in North America. Sells CTG solutions; solicits and maintains favorable contacts with current and potential key and strategic accounts. An entrepreneurial self-starter with more than seven years selling IT solutions across multiple industries, especially in CTG supported industries. Works closely with Managing Directors and CTG stakeholders from delivery, solutions, recruiting and finance to ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess both a strong sales background that enables them engage with the CTO, CIO, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering Managers, as well as a solid technical sales background that enables them to easily interact with technical leaders within and outside of CTG. Ideal candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed CTG territory financial objectives

  • Manage pursuit team to meet/exceed assigned objectives

  • Identify obstacles and define CTG strategy to defeat/overcome them

  • Collaborate with delivery and solutions to develop account plans and strategy, and sales win plans

  • Leverage existing relationships and build new relationships at all levels of the customer organization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of IT consulting/management experience, with demonstrated IT Digital Transformation experience in customer-facing roles.

  • Oil & Gas experience with Integrated Oil companies including Upstream, Midstream and/or Downstream IT and business consulting, applying Cloud, IOT, Analytics, ML/AI, digital twin, or automation to transform customer operations.

  • Experience working with a team on visioning and designing solutions to meet Energy client goals of reducing emissions, improving worker safety, and enable remote operations

  • Expertise in working with partners to build relationships that foster lead sharing and joint pursuit of opportunities for the mutual success of the client, the partner, and CTG.

  • Energy company account executive experience in IT and business consulting including relationship management, achieving growth targets, high customer satisfaction achievement, project portfolio management, and contract negotiations.

  • Follows established guidelines when disposing of damaged, spoiled, and/or expired products.

  • Assists Produce Supervisor with inventory and order processing as needed.

  • Cleans and sanitizes all produce equipment, display fixtures, and areas, including the produce cooler and refrigerated display cases.

  • Generates signage for produce goods and performs price check functions when necessary. Ensures all items are accurately priced and signed.

  • Maintains all club policies and procedures.

  • Performs other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.

  • Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications

  • Work experience in a produce department preferred.

  • Knowledge of fruit and vegetables preferred, including seasonal items.

  • At least 18 years of age.

Environmental Job Conditions

  • Most of the time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces and positioning oneself to examine or scan merchandise, including bending, climbing, crawling, handling, pulling, reaching, and/or stooping.

  • Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds. May require lifting and moving heavy and/or awkward objects greater than 30 pounds with assistance.

  • Located in a comfortable indoor environment with frequent exposure to temperature extremes from freezers, ovens, and/or coolers.
