Facilitate the workflow process within Accounts Payable and between internal and external customers. Support the daily activities of the Accounts Payable Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily manage the Sonic-Basware Accounts Payable inbox by distributing invoices to the proper workflow channels for processing
Ensure recording of invoices are in the proper accounting period by purchase order matching, manually entering or by template upload
Ensure invoices are being processed in Basware with the proper approvals in accordance with the Authorization Policy and Payment Processing matrix
Review and process invoices in Basware that are unable to be auto populated through the OCR features to ensure the proper expense coding are accurate and complete
Manage invoices being delayed in the workflow process in Basware
Prepare test scripts for software updates, new integration procedures or process changes related to invoice entry for Oracle Cloud Fusion
Create desk level procedures detailing the instructions on how to perform invoice processing task. Assist in training other departments on Accounts Payable processes and procedures
Store processed invoices in the designated location with the proper naming convention
Review and research vendor statements for past due invoices
Submit Supplier Set-Up forms for new vendors or vendor changes
Assist with month end and quarterly reporting
Maintain policy and procedures for Accounts Payable
Assist with Accounts Payable Research, along with other Accounting functions as needed
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma
Minimum 2 years Accounts Payable experience
High volume A/P experience

The Senior Database Administrator will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of Cloud Platform Databases, to ensure the availability and consistent performance of our corporate applications. This is a -hands-on- position requiring solid technical skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and sustainment of multiple Cloud Databases, such as Snowflake, Databricks, Azure SQL, MySQL and MongoDB ensuring operational readiness (security, health, and performance), supporting multiple development teams, and troubleshooting day-to-day operational issues as they arise. Must be capable of working independently and collaboratively.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform setting up, deploying, and maintaining Azure SQL, MongoDB, Snowflake, and Azure Data bricks cloud platform and administration.
Manage security and access controls and tune Azure SQL, SQL server, Snowflake, and Azure Data bricks for performance and optimize utilization.
Build high-quality solutions and establish design patterns to implement, monitor & maintain complex Snowflake and Azure Data bricks solutions. Implement CICD pipelines for the Cloud Databases deployment.
Configure and maintain database servers and processes, monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
Configure and Complete understanding of Azure Data bricks cluster management, Snowflake architecture, and Azure SQL.
Identify and Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and optimize the problematic SQL queries in Azure SQL
Perform DR and DB restore activities and must have strong programming experience in SQL, Terraform, and Python.
Should work on critical incidents and user service requests and be responsible for SLA adherence, tracking, and reporting.
Experience in Configuration changes and Upgrades. Collaborate with application/migration teams with database activities.
Should have knowledge of how data gets processed and consumed in the Data Platform and how to automate the completed process.
Provides migration of database elements and online application components from development to the production environment.
Redesigns databases to address changes in business needs. Should have experience in Python & GitHub.
Performs database tuning and makes recommendations to optimize application performance
Collaborate with the development and maintenance of standards, processes, policies and procedures
Performs support, as required, adhering to on-call processes and problem escalation processes
Adheres to change management processes
Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes
Work as a member of the Database Administration Team to provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
Perform scheduled maintenance and support release deployment activities after hours.
Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
4-year degree in IT or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted in lieu of education
5+ years of Administration on Azure Data Bricks, MongoDB, and Snowflake experience required.
6+ years of SQL Server and performance tuning experience is required.
8+ years of IT Support experience in an enterprise environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES
Experience with performance tuning and optimization, using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models

The Senior Director of Data Governance will establish and deploy an enterprise data governance strategy and framework, in partnership with business functions, brands, and technology. They will foster value creation at Inspire through data transparency, by enhancing data quality and establishing trust in data across data domains and brands. As the Manager, Performance Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for leading the Quality Assurance automation efforts for our Digital Technology and Enterprise applications. The QA Automation Manager will provide automation approaches and develop/review automated solutions, delivering high-quality tests and continuous integration capabilities.

Analyze test failures and accordingly segregate them under categories like locator issue, test data issue, timeout issues, uncaught exception etc.

Collaborate with Cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Project Managers, Engineering, System Analyst/Business Analyst, DevOps, Release Manager, and Business Team) daily to ensure the project is completed on time
Demonstrate the requirement implementations to the Product Manager and seek sign-off
Once the application is deployed, run the critical test under production release , and if everything goes will then provide sign off from an automation perspective
Perform onsite and offshore team co-ordination, assign tasks to offshore team and help them with their queries with respect to application functionality

The Government Affairs Associate Manager will be responsible for working alongside the Government Affairs team to craft strategy at federal, state and local levels, build and maintain internal and external relationships, and lead communications, workforce development, and event planning. The Commodity Trader I will provide analysis, market strategy, and hedge execution for core commodity categories across the dairy category. The manager is a data focused role providing input into Commodity Strategies, implementation of those strategies, and tracking the financial results of the Inspire Supply team. This position will provide updates to management on key performance metrics and help execute commodity strategies created along with the rest of the risk management team.
This person is this role will need to be within commutable distance to the Atlanta Support Center and come into the office 3 days a week.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commodity Management strategy
Analyze and forecast prices of dairy commodities using fundamental and technical (charting) analysis
Track, calculate, and verify the performance of strategies against actual pricing Formulate recommendations on commodity management strategies across the dairy space.

Manage full life-cycle contract maintenance processes for the administration of franchise related agreements, amendments, renewals, and terminations for Inspire Brands portfolio companies. Requires interaction and communication with brand franchisees, field and corporate staff, and Inspire and portfolio brand management to secure relevant information for contract development, contract and regulatory compliance, issues identification, recommendations and decisions. Monitor and manage all licensing activity through maintenance of databases and tracking reports, follow up and process flow for each transaction. Assist in the efforts in supporting the processes, procedures and accountability standards associated with the preparation, execution, and ongoing maintenance of all franchise related agreements, and the onboarding documentation and record keeping processes.

Assist with the franchise administration activities for the brand Business Development Committees, including the development of agenda items for any potential franchising compliance issues and requests from franchisees.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum: 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Minimum: Paralegal Certification

Detailed knowledge of all aspects of franchise administration.
General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry.

In this opportunity you will manage Construction projects, New Restaurants and Remodel of existing stores through the entire process from site selection to store opening / reopening across all Brands. This will include hands-on direct construction management as well as managing outside vendors, i.e. Architects, Engineers and outside construction management firms, as well as the other stakeholders within.
You will ensure timely, effective and efficient management construction projects (new builds, remodels, reimages, fire rebuilds, scrape and rebuilds and other Capital Projects) for the company and or Franchise all Brands. You will meet/exceed targeted timelines and budgets with the overall goal of enabling a timely, predictable, high quality, effective and efficient open/re-open for all project types.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs and Leads multiple construction projects within a designated territory: project management, planning, budgeting, FF&E, execution, vendor selection/management, quality control, resource management, etc. Qualifies and directs contractors, architects, engineers and other consultants, keeps them on schedule, holds them accountable and takes appropriate action in a timely manner to maintain proper project planning
Accurately estimates the project's specific costs, incorporating all aspects of the LL Work Letter and LOI obligation for the specific deal and diligence package (soils, geo-tech, environmental and site investigation reports) to build and manage the construction budget, maintains and tracks (budget vs. actual) records, completes timely and accurate risk assessments on the budget and pro-actively communicates issues and concerns. Or support Franchise in a similar effort
Effective contract management: comprehensive understanding of all construction / lease / landlord related contracts and commitments, including LOI and Landlord work-letter, ensures compliance to LL obligations and key dates, pro-actively assesses potential risks / issues and provides accurate and up-to-date assessments to the Vertical Director / Sr. Director of Construction
Manages all Project Schedules by tracking projects based on defined project plan timelines: provides timely and accurate updates through entering dates and schedule information within Inspire's development tracking systems and comprehensive communication with key project stakeholder teams including; Operations, Real Estate, Architecture, Legal/Lease and Equipment Purchasing, coordinating and reporting all aspects of the schedule. Performs on-site inspections and reviews to ensure compliance with lease, construction exhibits, standards/requirements, local code enforcement, quality of work, etc. Or support Franchise in a similar effort
Ensures quality control and adherence to the Brand's design & construction standards and requirements, and supports Inspire Brands Development stakeholders in this activity. Pro-active in identifying and communicating potential issues and concerns
Ensures effective and efficient coordination and communications of Inspire Brands resources (departments, team members, vendors/suppliers, etc.)
Conducts / Participates in all construction meetings as required: prepared with up-to-date data and information
Maintains up-to-date list of approved vendors / supplier / GC / business partners. Track and communicate issues and concerns to the Vertical lead / Sr Director of Construction. Builds/maintains effective business relationships. Or support Franchise in a similar effort
Completes all post-open evaluations, and 1 year punch walk
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
AS degree in Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent experience required
4 year degree in Construction Management, Architecture or equivalent experience preferred
EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION
5-10 years' experience in general construction (non-residential) and construction project management
10 years experience in restaurant / retail construction management
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES
Experienced in project management (construction)
Detailed knowledge of supporting technology: budgeting, estimating, scheduling
Strong relationship and influencing skills
Proficient in Excel.
Working knowledge of building codes, ADA, federal and state requirements

Summary : Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high quality products are delivered and ensures restaurant profitability. Responsible for the successful execution of fast and accurate sandwiches, world class customer service while maintaining a clean and organized shift.
Duties and Responsibilities
Manages a staff of 3 Assistant Managers and approximately 25-30 employees. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work for compliance
Manage hiring, training, evaluating, discipline and termination of employees
Provides on the job training for new employees
Delegates and is responsible for the ordering receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning and paper supplies for the unit to ensures a minimum loss from waste or theft
Assists in the supervision, preparation, sales and service of food
Forecasts food items by estimation what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift
Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assists In shopper during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency.
Assists In shoppers with greeting customers, talking orders, using the cash register, assembling orders and checking for completeness and correctness
Ensures that every customer received world class customer service
Routes deliveries and supervises drivers to maximize delivery business and speed
Completes daily food preparations (opening procedures, meat and vegetables slicing, bread production)
Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness
Completes daily, weekly and period paperwork with accuracy
Controls inventory by using weekly inventory system and maintain regular inventory ordering schedules
Conducts Weekly Manager meetings
Audits system and procedures as well as shift ending paperwork
Completes preventative maintenance and upkeep on stores equipment and supplies
Performs other related duties as required
Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers during the shift
Manages deposits and change orders per Deposit Operating Procedure
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Work Environment: Must be able to speak, read and write the English language fluently and clearly. Must have strong math abilities in addition, subtraction, fractions, and percentages. Understand use of personal computer of various software such as Excel and Word.
Required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, lift up to 50 pounds.
