THE JOB
We are currently looking for a Regional Production Admin. This person, under guidance of the Regional Production Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation's production efforts including payroll processing, onsite production support, calendar management, calendar management, assisting with contract management and more.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Information Management
Assist with creating and maintaining venue information, talent contacts, technical information, and other departmental documents
Organization and maintain vendor agreements, contracts, files
Obtain venue technical information and venue layouts prior to on sale. Present layouts for approval
Establish and maintain file sharing system for contractors and vendors, updating grids and information for each department
Maintain departmental contact lists
Employee Communication
Forge and maintain relationships with the production team, talent buyers and regional venues
Maintain touring contact sheets for all regional shows
Administrative
Compose letters, RFPs, presentation materials, etc.
Draft, format, and review documents with attention to grammar and spelling
Attend various meetings as needed, takes minutes or notes, create agendas, or assists with meeting preparation
Order departmental supplies - cash, checks, office supplies, etc. Maintain an ongoing production tool resource in the office; overseeing printer and towel inventory, checking out items to employees, etc.
Establish and maintain file sharing system for contractors and vendors, updating grids, agreements
Maintain departmental and event budgets
Calendar management
Heavy calendar management including departmental staffing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings.
Send regular department calendar updates.
Payroll
Maintain departmental payroll
Improve payroll systems to support the growing department
Production Support
During busy event times duties will expand to providing onsite support, preparation of documents, permits, and a limited amount of event management
Learn to settle shows to provide support event times
Assist in additional duties as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Requires a high school diploma/GED.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Experience in audio and video production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience a plus
Must possess superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Ability to make clear concise decisions, sometimes with limited information
Ability to use standard office equipment
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bonus applications: Airtable, AutoCAD
Ability to work extended hours, including weekends and evenings is required (as dictated by show dates, deadlines, etc.)

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Build growth via market and brand research, brainstorming inventory ideas and managing a portfolio of market specific clients across multiple categories
Manage program financials including budget tracking, billing, invoicing, and other relevant financial activities
Market ownership of venue sponsorship programs to best serve internal needs and recognize how client specific goals factor into sponsorship business solutions and strategy
Explore marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to add value to client programs and identify up-sell opportunities
Gather and analyze metrics, learnings and development opportunities into program recaps
Learn internal work-flow processes and sellable assets to ensure proper clearances, execution and reporting

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
2+ years direct experience in brand management, client service, media or entertainment, and/or marketing consulting, sales, advertising or activation agencies
Previous work experience with recognizable financial services brands or other corporate brands preferred
Diligent with client follow-up, and a demonstrated ability to develop and nurture both internal and external relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
Reliable transportation to and from venue(s) & office
Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required; Salesforce, social media, and graphic design experience preferred
Willing to work nights, weekends, all summer, festivals, winter, and holidays as needed per each sponsorship requirement

Ruoff Music Center is seeking a Venue Sustainability Coordinator to help us take our sustainability programs to the next level. This role will provide administrative and executional support to drive effective and successful implementation of venue sustainability programs. This position will operate under the guidance of Live Nation's national Sustainability Team but will report directly to the Venue Operations Manager and be part of the venue operations team. This is a seasonal, part-time position working mid-March through October at an average of 30 hours per week depending on show schedule and business needs at the time.

Participate and help lead pre-season venue training sessions relevant to sustainability
Work with venue leaders to relay pertinent day of show information during pre-shift meetings

Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to regularly share venue sustainability updates on all social channels

THE JOB
We are seeking an Account Representative to serve as a liaison between marketing clients in North America and the creative staff at Tour Design Creative, ensuring that clients' orders are delivered correctly and on time. This role will be the primary contact for Western US and Canada clients so working hours will be consistent with mountain and pacific time zones.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Process production orders submitted by clients in a timely manner with minimal percentage of error
Communicate on an as needed basis with creative staff to ensure the completion of each production order
Maintain existing and new client relationships
Handle invoicing for every order in a timely manner upon delivery
Assist Accounts Receivable in communicating with clients for past due accounts as needed
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Overseeing cash room staff as well as making their schedule
Daily reconciliation of sales in all HOB revenue centers, Restaurant, Music Hall, Retail, Special Events
All aspects of the Accounts Payable process to include maintaining a checkbook and purchase order system, cutting checks and inputting them in Oracle and our banks website
Facilitate band payments and manage all related paperwork (wires, checks, tax w/holding). This will involve a large amount of communication with our Talent Department
Weekly Labor Meeting and Reporting
Twice Monthly Inventory reconciliation
Assist Finance Manager with month end close
Responsible for keeping safe organized and at established cash par level, completing change order requests as needed
Daily auditing of staff and manager banks
Daily replenishing change to staff and manager banks
Daily deposit of cash and checks
Daily transmittal of credit card batches
Reconciles pretty cash and processes for reimbursement
Daily audit of all employee check-outs
Daily reconciliation of total settlements to Point of Sales daily reports
Daily preparation and distribution of employee over/short report
Ensure band checks and/or cash are available for Club Managers and proper 1099 and W-9 forms are completed nightly
Daily preparation and reconciliation of comp reports
Conduct research of credit card disputes
Compiles weekly cost of sales report
Compiles weekly labor report
Conducts research of credit card disputes
Assists in training of employees on lockbox and check-out procedures
Will also be responsible for distribution of paychecks and obtain staff sign-off for checks received

THE ROLE

- Provide onsite IT troubleshooting assistance as needed to venue administrative, operations and production staff.

As a ticket taker, you help to ensure safety, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show.
Job Functions
-Greet guests, scan guest tickets upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event
.-Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
-Resolve guest complaints or problems.
-Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
-Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
-Show CARE by participating in venue recycling efforts before, during and after the show.
-Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
-May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
-Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources/prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
-Partner with fellow band members at the end of show to close the venue-this may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved section, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs, barricade, Etc.
-Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
-Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
-Additional tasks as requested by management.

Preparation of food for artists and backstage crew

Taking inventory of ingredients and catering supplies

Answering guests' catering-related questions during events and addressing all complaints.
Purchasing various products/materials that may require at local stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center, etc.)
Set-up / Clean-up of dining areas before and after meals
Miscellaneous work on an as needed basis

Preferred interest in culinary arts (not required )
Available for long shifts, including nights and weekends (typical show day runs about 16-18 hours).

The Role:
A runner assists in fulfilling the needs of the production department and most commonly includes running errands under the direction of the venue or tour production manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Display a professional and personable attitude with touring and venue personnel.
Deliver and retrieve items from local stores, vendors, airports, hotels, laundry
Provide local area information to touring personnel.
Maintain cash and receipts throughout the day.
Assist with miscellaneous production projects as directed.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for providing exceptional marketing and media account management support for Ticketmaster's largest clients across the Sports vertical. RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure retention of performance media spend within your client portfolio
Quarterback flawless execution of complex digital marketing campaigns, analytics projects, and other initiatives
Serve as the internal -expert- on your clients: understand their business challenges/opportunities, how to navigate their organizations and what solutions Ticketmaster can offer
Support growth targets by recommending cross-channel marketing solutions that deliver against client objectives
Understand and leverage knowledge of ticketing data & ticketing software infrastructure
Translate data into insights and action by diving into campaign performance data; identify performance trends, optimize campaigns to achieve results, and provide recommendations for upsell opportunities
Provide excellent communication to clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers
Lead calls and meetings with clients; developing storylines and content to be shared
Guide clients in effective usage of Ticketmaster products and services, including reporting and segmentation applications

REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
Minimum of ten years' experience in similar role within the digital marketing industry
Digital media agency experience a plus

Proven understanding of digital media platforms and businesses, with expertise in at least one of these channels: SEM, programmatic display, paid social

THE ROLE:
The Marketing Coordinator (MOC) will support Marketing/Success Managers, helping them with the daily management of clients within Ticketmaster's Sports, Arts or Venues & Promoters verticals. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, scheduling emails to the Ticketmaster database, supporting the execution of digital media campaigns (programmatic, social or SEM campaigns) and placing pixels. The Coordinator must have the ability to successfully operate in an incredibly fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple ongoing assignments, and unplanned assignments and interruptions from both internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, s/he will need to prioritize and carry out these assignments effectively such that s/he exceeds reasonable internal and external expectations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and maintain an organizational system to track requests/needs of Marketing Managers and clients to ensure no opportunities or deadlines are missed.
Execute tactical marketing initiatives utilizing Ticketmaster's internal tools or routing requests to appropriate internal teams.
Host conference calls /webex meetings to present Ticketmaster's Suite of Marketing Assets to new clients/new contacts.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and peers.
Report results on marketing tactics when available.
In partnership with other MOCs, take on responsibility for monitoring and replying to requests from select clients. Requests may include marketing asset and reporting tools education, ability to outline strong marketing recommendations based on specific client needs, address client questions and concerns in a timely manner, etc.
Keep current on industry knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
Serve as, in some cases, the principal liaison with clients.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BA/BS in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of two years' experience in similar role within the digital media industry is preferred.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication and comprehension skills, and the ability to adjust style to different audiences.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues across the executive, mid-manager and day-to-day operations levels in a professional, service-oriented manner.
Proven understanding of digital media platforms and businesses.
Understanding and interest in the business side of Venues & Promoters; passion is a plus.
Ability to think independently and be resourceful in problem solving.
Strong competence in Microsoft Office products-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Familiarity with content management systems, graphic web design tools and image manipulation tools is a plus.

THE ROLE
Insomniac is looking for a Ground Control and Headliner Experience Team Member to provide an exceptional experience to headliners. This position will report to Ground Control and Headliner Experience Managers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome attendees at entrances and make everyone aware of Ground Control's presence and purpose
Abide by assigned shift schedule, pump water at the free water refill stations and patrol the event zones at correct times with assigned group mates
Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls
Listen attentively to the radio and respond immediately to specific calls and requests
Assist distressed individuals when they are in need of a helping hand
Memorize information provided by the event website, festival guide and staff guide to share with attendees
Understand evacuation procedures and locate safe refuge locations prior to the opening of each show
Provide support at entrance areas using megaphones to assist Headliners with directional support
QUALIFICATIONS
Customer service-related work experience is preferred
Experience using radios and ability to work under pressure in stressful environments is required
Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines
Must be able to professionally interact with all levels of individuals in a courteous manner and de-escalate situations before they become unpleasant.
Must be able to stand on your feet for up to four hours at a time and walk long distances
Must be able to lift up to 20lbs
Must be able to walk up/down stairs
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments
May work in drastic temperature climates
Must be willing to frequently travel to work events during holidays, evening and weekend hours, as required, to meet deadlines
