Job Title: Sr. Executive Assistant (Bilingual)
Job Description
This position provides dedicated support to the Founding Attorney in Tampa, Florida, as well as during travel within the U.S. and internationally. This role is essential in organizing and maintaining the executive's schedule, as well as performing numerous administrative, marketing, and support tasks at a high volume. Contracts Accountant | Tampa, FL
Description:
The specialist reviews, monitors and enters downstream contracts and agreements for the department, while ensuring compliance from a risk perspective in the areas of legal, insurance and limits of authority. This candidate coordinates with branch management and the company's legal department, when necessary, for any changes to contracts and agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
Reviews and prepares purchase agreements, subcontracts and other contracts as required
Monitors the status of all pending contracts, and organizes and tracks all fully executed agreements

Job Description
As a Debt Collector, you will execute timely collection and recovery activities to minimize risk costs and optimize returns. Your responsibilities will include identifying and investigating payment arrears in the portfolio, communicating with debtors by telephone and in writing, managing debtors and the arrears process, and recording debtor and arrears history to ensure a complete file for sound decision-making during collection and recovery. You will also identify quality adjustment requests, complete the documentation package, and utilize company underwriting guidelines to approve or reject requests. Work Environment
