Job Description
The Application Analyst position is part of the Corporate Services Systems - Electric Application Portfolio as part of a team responsible for providing support to Corporate (Physical) Security solutions across the Operating Companies. The position will be responsible for ensuring delivery of timely, quality solutions and support for the Corporate (Physical) Security Business Partners.
Position responsibilities include: Providing functional and technical subject matter expertise for Corporate (Physical) Security application solutions; Performing configuration, integration, testing, and implementation of Corporate (Physical) Security application solutions (inclusive of vendor solutions); Performing problem/root cause analysis and resolution (production support) for Corporate (Physical) Security application solutions; Providing consultation for application life cycle management; Staying abreast of emerging business technology trends and needs.
The Application Analyst must have strong consultative and analytical skills, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions to business problems. The position will require excellent interpersonal, communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Job Responsibilities
Implement, integrate, and/or support timely, cost effective, and high-quality solutions to meet or exceed Business Partner expectations, using Southern Company approved methodologies and standards
Provide timely root cause analysis, consistent & effective production support and maintenance / enhancements for existing applications
Adhere to Southern Company approved methodologies / standards; Adhere to Change Management policy and procedures; ensure all required documentation for projects / solutions is developed and maintained
Support project planning/execution by providing accurate estimates, execution of tasks / deliverables, timely and accurate status reports
Support required physical access control system NERC Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) compliance and reporting activities
Build and maintain relationships with Business Partners, peers, management, other Technology Organization (TO) resource groups, and vendors
Apply strong oral and written communication skills; apply strong customer service and negotiating skills; exhibit initiative; follow through with Business Partner commitments; and apply sound performance techniques
Manage personal career development by maintaining technical expertise
Participate in special projects / assignments
Occasional travel within the Southern Company footprint is required
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or another related field is required
Minimum of three (3) years of recent experience working in a technology organization supporting complex enterprise application systems is preferred
Experience with large-scale, vendor developed / packaged applications is preferred
Working knowledge of software development technologies, methodology, tools, and computing infrastructure
Experience with PowerShell is preferred
Experience with SQL Server database queries, scripting, and reporting is preferred
Experience with developing Power BI reporting is preferred
Experience with software development methodologies, including waterfall and agile, is preferred
Experience in application development and support, with .NET framework using C#, is a plus
Must be able to pass Insider Threat Program (ITP) and NERC CIP background screenings
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Knowledge and understanding of SDLC and CI/CD
Knowledge and understanding of software development technologies, methodology, and associated tools

Job Summary
The Customer Experience Training Manager is responsible for the administration of the Customer Experience Training organization which includes managing, developing and measuring the effectiveness of training curriculums. This role ensures training programs are consistent and meet compliance standards (Company, Federal, State) as well as the process and application needs identified by the business. This role will oversee a team of trainers and instructional designers to ensure consistent delivery of training following Adult Learning Principles. This role manages departmental resources, including people and budget. The Manager is also responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing the technical and interpersonal skills of their direct reports.
Job Responsibilities
Provide oversight for On the Job/experiential learning as part of the employee's progression to ensure exposure to the appropriate work types.
Establishes developmental plans and provides developmental opportunities for direct reports to expand training-related, technical and interpersonal skills
Manages direct reports and ensures overall exceptional client customer service.
Responsible for the implementation of specific change management initiatives across the business and leverages tools and resources to help facilitate effective change
Responsible for evaluating, implementing and ensuring use of all existing and new Technical Training technology (learning management system and content management system).
Collaborates with business leaders/owners, training staff, and subject matter experts (SME) as appropriate to ensure accurate and complete training documentation.
Oversees the post 90 training survey to measure the effectiveness of training.
Partners with the Safety organization to enforce guidelines to support the Critical Risk program and Safety Culture awareness.
Partners with Call Center Leaders, Quality, Technology Organization, CE Leaders, Safety, and Training peers to identify gaps in training content and determine the best way to communicate the change.
Conducts ongoing audit of current curriculum to ensure most effective training methods are used and content is current and delivered in most efficient and effective manner.
Manages the design and development of innovative training programs, applying sound training principles and methodologies, to address needs for Customer Experience training (includes eLearning, instructor led and hands on training and video learning platforms).
Manages direct reports and ensures overall exceptional client customer service.
Recommends training vendor selection and partners with vendor(s) to ensure continuous systems improvement and future capability needs.
Assist the Director of Technical Training with the creation and management of the budget to meet company goals.
Creates and maintains training calendar for Customer Experience Training
Creates and manages certification process for in-house content delivery and/or external vendor delivery.
Responsible for regulatory record keeping, dashboards and reporting.
Sets expectations and priorities for internal customer training needs.
Sources and evaluates alternative training solutions to address business needs by considering timeframe, cost and quality/impact of solution.
Creates and fosters an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued and respected
Provides an atmosphere where others feel open to engage in dialogue and discuss potentially uncomfortable DE&I topics openly

Perform mechanical maintenance activities on electric generating units and balance of plant systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. Maintenance activities include preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance, planned and unplanned corrective maintenance on both safety-related and non-safety-related components.

DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW
At Southern Company, our Transmission Planning organization encompasses all aspects of planning the transmission system for our subsidiary retail electric utilities in Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi. This includes expertise in numerous areas such as steady-state and dynamic power system analysis, power quality and transient analysis, load modeling and base case development, annual transmission expansion plan development, reliability standards compliance, economic development transmission service evaluations, OATT transmission service requests, generator interconnection and designation studies, generation RFP procurements, unit retirement and new build evaluations, regional planning and coordination with external utilities, interface analysis, GMD and EMP analysis, transmission policy and regulatory, industry committee leadership, and tools and technology innovation. POSITION DETAILS
Each position will have the opportunity to coordinate and collaborate with all the Transmission Planning teams described below.
TP-East & TP-West - These teams are responsible for leading and performing transmission planning studies for Georgia Power-GPC and the Georgia Integrated Transmission System-ITS (supported by TP-East) and Alabama Power-APC and Mississippi Power-MPC (supported by TP West) in order to develop the annual transmission expansion plans, evaluate economic development transmission service requests, meet NERC compliance requirements, and provide support to transmission operations. Each engineer is responsible for leading a specific region(s) and coordinating on all associated transmission planning efforts within their area. They also have the opportunity to lead solution teams and develop transmission project proposals as well as participate in the justification, approval, and budget prioritization of their proposed projects. This team works closely with operating company transmission and project management, design, economic development, and transmission operations.
TP-Stability & Special Studies - This team provides technical expertise and study support to numerous teams both internal to planning and across Southern Company and the operating companies. This includes leading and performing power system dynamic technical studies such as voltage stability, transient stability, frequency stability, FIDVR, and out-of-step protection. This team also performs a wide range of additional technical studies including: switching transient studies (e.g., capacitor bank energization, transformer/line energization, breaker TRV); insulation coordination studies; transmission power quality studies (e.g., harmonic filter bank design, flicker evaluations, motor starting); unbalanced power flow studies; post event (root cause) analysis, studies evaluating the effects of geomagnetic disturbance (GMD) and Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) events, and other special technical studies as required. They also provide significant study support (stability and special studies) for generator interconnections, transmission service requests, regional planning with neighboring transmission systems, and generator retirements and additions.
TP-Regional Planning & Support - This team is responsible for ensuring reliable transmission interconnections with neighboring utilities (e.g., Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina) and as such, is highly engaged in providing leadership and influence through a variety of industry committees. It is also responsible for performing OATT delivery service studies for third-party customer requests. The team provides support to the entire department and electric operating companies through policy coordination, the creation of power systems models, development of industry-leading engineering applications, training, and ensuring compliance with all required standards.
TP-Generation & Strategic - This team is responsible for leading and performing transmission planning studies related to any generation changes on the Southern Company transmission system including new siting options, designations, unit retirement evaluations, integrated resource plan support, renewable and capacity RFP generation procurements, and OATT generator interconnection studies. This team works closely with resource planning, operating company transmission and project management, and external generation developers.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and perform power system modeling and analysis including:
Steady-state load flow thermal and voltage analysis
Interface transfer analysis
Generator interconnection studies
Transmission service studies
Economic development studies
Short circuit analysis
Stability studies (e.g., transient stability, voltage stability, frequency Stability, FIDVR, closing angle)
Evaluation of protection and control requirements
Power Quality studies (e.g., motor start, flicker, harmonic, filter design, ferroresonance, torsional)
Switching transient studies (e.g., breaker TRV, energization or de-energization of reactors, capacitor banks, transformers, and transmission lines)
Unbalanced (three-phase) power flow studies
EMP and GMD analysis
Studies that require modeling of inverter-based resources using both phasor-domain and time-domain methods.
Develop system-wide power flow models and assumptions.
Coordinate with multiple groups and internal customers within Southern Company and the Operating Companies.
Coordinate studies with neighboring transmission systems.
Develop and coordinate reliable, innovative, and cost-effective transmission solutions including multiple alternatives.
Effectively present informative reports and presentations to internal and external customers at various management levels related to system constraints and required improvement projects.
Lead and participate on solution teams and other initiatives to determine transmission project feasibility, scope, and timing.
Provide technical expertise and leadership in industry committees and initiatives.
Research special technical issues impacting the electric power system.
Provide automation and programming development and support for analysis tools.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required (Electrical Engineering preferred). Pending graduates will be considered.
Master's degree in engineering or business is desirable.
Professional Engineering License is desirable.
Experience:
Experience in transmission planning and operations is preferred.
Experience in transmission design, maintenance, and protection and controls is desirable.
Experience in transmission project management, estimating, and scheduling is desirable.
Experience in electrical power system modeling and analysis is desirable.
Experience in generator (IBR and/or conventional) operations, control system modeling and analysis is desirable.
Skills and Knowledge:
Power system analysis with common industry accepted tools such as PSS/E, PSLF, CAPE, ASPEN, EMTP, PSCAD, TARA, VSAT, PowerWorld, SINCAL, PSCAD, etc.
Strong time management and organizational skills required to balance multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines

POSITION DETAILS
Each position will have the opportunity to coordinate and collaborate with all the Transmission Planning teams described below.
TP-East & TP-West - These teams are responsible for leading and performing transmission planning studies for Georgia Power-GPC and the Georgia Integrated Transmission System-ITS (supported by TP-East) and Alabama Power-APC and Mississippi Power-MPC (supported by TP West) in order to develop the annual transmission expansion plans, evaluate economic development transmission service requests, meet NERC compliance requirements, and provide support to transmission operations. Each engineer is responsible for leading a specific region(s) and coordinating on all associated transmission planning efforts within their area. They also have the opportunity to lead solution teams and develop transmission project proposals as well as participate in the justification, approval, and budget prioritization of their proposed projects. This team works closely with operating company transmission and project management, design, economic development, and transmission operations.
TP-Stability & Special Studies - This team provides technical expertise and study support to numerous teams both internal to planning and across Southern Company and the operating companies. This includes leading and performing power system dynamic technical studies such as voltage stability, transient stability, frequency stability, FIDVR, and out-of-step protection. This team also performs a wide range of additional technical studies including: switching transient studies (e.g., capacitor bank energization, transformer/line energization, breaker TRV); insulation coordination studies; transmission power quality studies (e.g., harmonic filter bank design, flicker evaluations, motor starting); unbalanced power flow studies; post event (root cause) analysis, studies evaluating the effects of geomagnetic disturbance (GMD) and Electromagnetic Pulse (EMP) events, and other special technical studies as required. They also provide significant study support (stability and special studies) for generator interconnections, transmission service requests, regional planning with neighboring transmission systems, and generator retirements and additions.
TP-Regional Planning & Support - This team is responsible for ensuring reliable transmission interconnections with neighboring utilities (e.g., Florida, Tennessee, South Carolina) and as such, is highly engaged in providing leadership and influence through a variety of industry committees. It is also responsible for performing OATT delivery service studies for third-party customer requests. The team provides support to the entire department and electric operating companies through policy coordination, the creation of power systems models, development of industry-leading engineering applications, training, and ensuring compliance with all required standards.
TP-Generation & Strategic - This team is responsible for leading and performing transmission planning studies related to any generation changes on the Southern Company transmission system including new siting options, designations, unit retirement evaluations, integrated resource plan support, renewable and capacity RFP generation procurements, and OATT generator interconnection studies. This team works closely with resource planning, operating company transmission and project management, and external generation developers.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET accredited institution is required (Electrical Engineering preferred). Pending graduates will be considered.
Master's degree in engineering or business is desirable.
Professional Engineering License is desirable.

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Productivity Technologies Manager leads the teams responsible for architecting, engineering, and integrating our collaboration environments. This position has ownership of the delivery of collaboration products to business partners across Southern Company. The Productivity Technologies Manager is responsible for providing education to business partners across Southern Company on how to use their technology, and to provide instructions to other partner groups, such as the Workplace Support teams on how to support the technology.
The Productivity Technologies Manager is responsible for attracting, developing, retaining, & managing a diverse group of technical individual contributors. Description
Summary
This individual will be responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining the Shop Floor Schedule (SFS). The SFS is a planned production assembly schedule, in weekly capacity-constrained sections, that is derived from the Master Production Schedule (MPS). The goals of the Production Scheduler are production efficiency, velocity, and on-time completion of Shop Operations and Shop Orders to Original Customer Promise (OCP). The Senior Production Scheduler works together with the Master Scheduler to ensure plant loading that results from the SFS neither under (passing up capacity) or overloads available capacity (causing late deliveries to OCP). The Senior Production Scheduler also works together with Manufacturing Engineering, Purchasing, and Material Analysts to ensure plant loading from the SFS takes into consideration material availability. The Senior Production Scheduler also provides guidance and coaching to Production Scheduler 1 and 2.
Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to achieve each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of direct, hands-on production scheduling experience in manufacturing or related industry.
Bachelor's degree, preferably in a Business or Supply Chain field
APICS - CPIM certified preferred, or similar academic qualification.
A highly organized, open-minded & motivated self-starter.
A high level of communication skills (verbal & written) is required.
A -hands-on- approach to monitoring production processes versus the SFS is required - including frequent interactions with floor level supervisors, production managers, materials analysts, buyers, and senior management.
A proactive problem-solving methodology - acting as a catalyst for bringing to right team members together to resolve issues that create risk of shipment to OCP before results are missed.
Ability to report findings and KPI's to Director of Manufacturing.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated ability and direct experience managing shop floor production activities and analyzing data related to production forecasting in a vertically integrated, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment, using an ERP system.
Advanced skills and experience with ERP systems used in manufacturing environment - SAP or IFS preferred.
High level of proficiency with MS Excel.
Demonstrated analytical skills - ability to review and analyze data and use in decision making processes.
Direct shop floor level production management skills are highly preferred.
Proven ability to collaborate and communicate across multiple disciplines, with both internal and external stakeholders, using a mix of both verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability of developing accurate shop floor production schedules based on the input and buy-in from multiple stakeholders.
High energy, ability to catalyze action and drive successful resolution to problems that inhibit on-time completion of shop operations and orders to original schedule (OCP).
Excellent presentation skills (verbal & written) and ability to communicate effectively to all levels of the organization.
Essential Functions
Develop and maintain the Shop Floor Schedule (SFS), with the goal of achieving 90%+ on-time shipment to OCP.
Drive high accuracy into the SFS for a rolling 4-week time period, to ensure plant capacity is effectively utilized to meet aggressive business growth goals.
Develop an SFS that specifies the timing and sequence of shop operations and shop orders based on multiple inputs - Master Production Schedule (MPS), material availability, labor capacity, and project priority.
Develop and maintain (in IFS) a clear view of plant demand/loading by Work Center (based on current scheduled SO loading and hours in routings).
Monitor workflow and plant production areas to ensure on time delivery while reducing downtime, changeovers and hours worked.
Setup and maintain a strong communication system with Work Center leads and Manufacturing Engineering to ensure hours in routings accurately reflect the time needed to do the work. Identify areas where estimates and actual hours differ, and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering to update templates to ensure future accuracy.
Develop work process/procedure to utilize current IFS functionality to improve the accuracy and efficiency of scheduling new work and balancing Work Center loading.
Load new SO's based on open capacity.
Supply work bills and other paperwork required to complete the scheduled work (Kitting).
Identify, own, and deliver revisions made to Bill of Material that impact manufacturing.
Proactive communication in the event of under or over load situations to enable adjustments in shop operation/order schedules to ensure on-time performance is maintained for business-critical projects.
Create schedules to plan cleaning and the performance of maintenance activities during production downtimes.
Develop and maintain KPI's for Shop Order and Shop Operation on-time completion to (original) schedule.
Additional responsibilities and objectives will be added as needed based on business and area of needs.

Job Summary

Job Responsibilities
Monitor and operate the distribution system through the current and future systems provided in Customer Operations. The current systems include, but are not limited to, DSCADA, TCMS (Current OMS System), ARMS III, DistGIS, ARCOS, Weather Services, DMIR, IFACTOR and CSS.
Write and execute switching orders for routine activities and emergency restoration. This includes coordinating the various switching clearances in compliance with the SDOP and all other procedures pertaining to switching of the Distribution system.
Direct the service restoration efforts for distribution outages through effective direction of SOCO and contract employees familiar with distribution restoration. This will also include effective switching through automated and manual devices.
Direct routine work and restoration through ARMS for the Electric Servicemen, Customer Servicemen, Local Town Personnel and other departments/employees that utilize ARMS.
Communicate outage information and take in the big picture to notify appropriate employees and management, including Distribution Operations, Divisions, and Corporate Communications of restoration progress and needs.
Ensure daily activities and procedures are completed in a safe, timely, and correct manner. This includes activities and procedures for Switching, TCMS, EMS, ARMS III, Daily Reports, Switch Board, Switching Calendar, and DMIR.
Ensure all Compliance and Security measures are maintained.
The incumbent is required to work a rotating shift and report to work outside of normal shift hours as needed.

The Operations Training Manager leads System Operator and Power System Coordinator training activities for Southern Company including the Alabama, Georgia, and Mississippi Transmission Control Centers and the SCS Power Coordination Center (PCC). Responsibilities include developing transmission operators for NERC Certification and successful shift operations, providing the required Continuing Education Hours (CEH) to maintain NERC Certification, and continually enhancing training and drills in pursuit of operating excellence. The Operations Training Manager will also lead the training activities for the development and continued growth of Georgia Distribution Control Center operators. The Operations Training Manager will team with each control center manager and their staffs in the development, planning, administration, and delivery of training, coordinating formal and on-the-job training activities among their respective staffs and working to achieve consistency and efficiencies among the operating companies.
The Operations Training Manager will provide performance management for direct report employees: GPC Transmission Training Supervisor, APC Transmission Training Supervisor, and four PCC Trainers. The Training Manager is also responsible for budget management, compliance with all NERC Reliability Standards related to training, and setting the strategic direction for operator training, training materials, and training techniques.

Job Summary
The Supervisor, Telecom position for the Long-Haul Fiber Optic group will have overall responsibility for approximately (10) Alabama Power Telecommunication Electricians and (2) Southern Company Services (SCS) Telecom Analysts. The Supervisor provides leadership and influence through active participation in Field Operations (FO) activities and leverages business, technical, and consulting resources from across the organization (strategy, engineering, and operations) to ensure the timely delivery of effective business solutions.
The FO department provides "hands-on" Technology Organization (TO) field support to a diverse customer base across different business units in the Southern Company service territory. This support includes delivering and maintaining technology products ranging from user computing to telecommunications. FO's top TO support priorities include customer service and Information Technology (IT) infrastructure reliability that requires 24x7 "Keep the Lights On" support to key customer groups in critical core business operational functions.

JOB SUMMARY
This Transmission Line Engineer position reports to the Transmission Maintenance Area (TMA) Manager and is responsible for leading the Brunswick TMC area line maintenance program, preparing and closing capital and maintenance work orders, coordinating material needs, overseeing maintenance and inspection programs and contractors, entering and reviewing data, coordinating work activities with other departments, patrolling transmission lines, coordinating repairs on transmission lines and associated equipment, attending Planning & Pre-construction meetings, and providing technical support to the TMC Line crew. The transmission maintenance engineer must have a positive attitude, work well in a team environment, and possess excellent customer service skills for interaction with customers and property owners.
This position will be filled at Level 3-6 Exempt dependent upon the qualifications, skills and experience of the successful candidate. The successful candidate must live within commutable distance of Brunswick, Ga or be willing to quickly relocate. This position is located in Brunswick. Relocation assistance available, if qualified.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the day to day activities of the Brunswick TMC Lines team. Support the daily activities of Transmission Contract Line Maintenance crew for Brunswick TMC.
Develop and schedule the Brunswick TMC Lines Maintenance work plan.
Assist the Line crews in ensuring that all transmission line work complies with the current Georgia Power Company specifications and standards.
Have no Operational Incidents and achieve SAIDI and SAIFI goals for the year.
Track and operate within the O&M budget monthly.
Track and operate within the Capital budget monthly.
Support Brunswick TMC Line crews with complex or unique clearance requests.
Support hot stick work as necessary.
Assist the TMC Line crews with the access requirements of a job and in acquiring specialized equipment as needed.
Assist with switching as needed.
Help ensure complete and accurate transmission line data and documentation, including STOMP data.
Support the review of all Transmission Line aerial inspection reports and initiate appropriate action.
Monitor and maintain instantaneous operation information and assist with information gathering on all other operation/lockout events detailed in "post incident" reports.
Investigate all outages/operations per the Patrol Procedure for Bulk Power Lines Operations to discover and report root cause. Utilize foot patrols, aerial patrols as necessary. Evaluate system outages to ensure proper operation of equipment and that methods of restoration were efficient.
Ensure the timely completion of all documentation including Morning Report follow-up, assignment of ULs, ProCard, Invoice auditing and WO closeout.
Interface directly with all external requestors.
Participate in the Brunswick TMC Line Maintenance on-call rotation to provide trouble response and outage restoration; the on call rotation participants are the Line engineer and Line Forman for the Brunswick area.
Assist Line specialist in completion of required maintenance of transmission line switches to include routine inspections and repairs, as needed.
Support capital transmission line projects for the Brunswick TMC by participating in planning and pre-construction meetings.
Assist Line Specialist in coordinating and scheduling transmission line switch installations, as needed.
Assist Line Engineering in analyzing existing line and ROW (right of way) conditions.
Work with Transmission Support to solve technical line issues as well as best practices within Line Maintenance.
Monitor the progress of construction.
Coordinate and assist in performing final line inspections.
Support Contract Transmission Line Crews working for the TMC.
Order materials, arrange outages, coordinate permits, clearances, switching, and traffic control.
Ensure that all work performed by contract crews working for the TMC is completed per GPC standards, on schedule, and within budget constraints.
Verify and track contract crew invoices.
Provide Comptroller with UL estimates at the end of each month.
Work with other TMC Transmission Line Engineers/Specialists to become proficient in the installation and maintenance of transmission line switches and motor operators.
Focus on Safety Excellence. Assist in providing a safe working environment for all Transmission line activities in the Brunswick TMC. Apply Human Performance tools, concepts and processes to foster continuous improvement in safety performance.
Work with storm teams following major weather events. This may require out of state travel.
Lead the technical portion of storm response with regards to Transmission Line outages in the Brunswick TMC area.
Develop relationships with other workgroups within Power Delivery and External Affairs.

JOB SUMMARY
The Substation Physical Estimating Team Leader is responsible for leading a team consisting of direct reports, supplemental staff, and contract resources to provide project scoping, conceptual design and estimating services in support of the Operating Company's transmission capital program. The team is responsible for providing Substation Physical conceptual designs as part of Alabama Power and Mississippi Power's Gated Project Management process and for supporting the Operating Company's planning and budgeting process by providing complete and accurate cost estimates associated with transmission capital projects. The Team Leader position is responsible for providing performance management for all direct reports. The position will require field visits and may involve occasional overnight travel.

This position is for individuals responsible for the placement of all the large mechanical components of a Generator. An Assembly tech 2 will be responsible for mounting Genset on its skid using correct hardware and meeting torque requirements, mounting all stands to skid (ECC, GBC, SCR, disconnect) and setting said components in place also connecting exhaust parts and installing using correct hardware, gaskets and meeting all torque requirements. This position will also be responsible for making load cables using correct gauge cable, lug and proper crimp, making CAN harnesses, fuel line and block heater hose. The Tech 2 position in addition to the above will have the ability to read/ understand electrical drawing of both house power and communication wiring, properly landing/ labeling wiring in both TCC/ECC and house power panel, install all phases of load cables, bend install conduit and assemble def pumps, solenoids, and complex def systems.
