Building Construction Products in Raleigh, North Carolina is seeking students currently enrolled in a four-year university, to work side by side with supply chain professionals at Caterpillar.

Interns are empowered with assignments that provide them with relevant work experience and significant opportunities for learning. Compensation and Benefits:

At Caterpillar, our internship pay rates are standardized and take into account the following factors: the number of completed semester credit hours and whether the internship is considered an engineering, technical, or non-technical role. For Graduate level opportunities, the pay rate is determined by the type of degree you are pursuing (Master's or Doctorate) post receiving an undergraduate degree.

Intern Pay Range:

Undergraduate: $21.40 - $27.90 per hour

Graduate: $32.25 - $38.50 per hour

The total rewards package, beyond base salary includes:

  • Must be within commutable distance to Cary, Clayton, or Sanford, North Carolina (No more than 50 miles)

  • Must have reliable transportation

Job Duties:

  • Provide commercial opportunity, performance, pricing, merchandising and financial data and analysis to the commercial consultants on Services Growth opportunities.

  • Provide data pulls, analytics and insights to support Commercial consultants towards performing -Unit of 1- Analysis for decisions on profitability thresholds for Services NPI projects - where needed.

  • Support commercial consultants with data specific opportunity and financial (merchandising, OPACC) analysis for opportunities outside of the Services NPI process.

Required Qualifications:

JOB SUMMARY: Supports various accounts receivable management efforts for Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation's (-CFSC-) Customer Solutions Unit of the North America Business Center (-NABC-). Intern Pay Range:

Undergraduate: $21.40 - $27.90 per hour

Graduate: $32.25 - $38.50 per hour

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintaining equipment and using a computerized maintenance system

  • Responding to equipment breakdowns and completing repairs to equipment

  • Troubleshoot and correct malfunctions on industrial/assembly equipment, machinery and building as required

  • Perform preventative maintenance as per schedules

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years Industrial Maintenance experience and/or training

  • Skilled in both Mechanical and Electrical

  • Previous forklift and man-lift experience

Job Summary: Assist Maintenance Technicians in repairing, installing, and maintaining equipment, building and grounds. Perform such tasks as directed by Team Lead, Manager or other authorized person, including, but not limited to, painting, cleaning, grass cutting, snow removal, yard work, having company vehicles maintained or repaired, performing errands, etc. Proceed on work assignments with a minimum of close supervision and direction to perform quality work.
