• Experience with application programming on large scale data base management systems

• Knowledgeable of computer equipment and ability to develop complex software to satisfy design objectives

• Develops block diagrams and logic flow charts

• Translates detailed design into computer software

• Tests, debugs, and refines computer software to produce required products

• Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation"

The Subcontract Administrator will provide proper subcontract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications and acts as the primary interface between subcontractors and G2 Ops for all subcontract related issues. This individual will manage and administer company subcontracts and will provide contractual guidance and work with business development/proposal managers, pricing teams, contract administrators, program managers and other company leaders. The Subcontract Administrator is also responsible for all phases of the subcontract lifecycle including subcontractor RFPs/cost proposals, subcontract negotiations, subcontract administration, invoicing, financial reporting, subcontract closeout, and other procurement activities.

In addition to the above description, the qualified candidate is expected to support the following essential functions as a G2 Ops Subcontract Administrator:

• Review, negotiate, and execute NDA's and Teaming Agreements

• Create simple to complex RFP solicitations in accordance with customer and company requirements

• Conduct price and cost analysis

• Evaluate vendor/supplier proposal responses

• Review and negotiate pricing and general terms/conditions with subcontractors and consultants

• Administer subcontracts of various types (T&M, FFP, and Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable type subcontracts)

• Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS

• Identify and resolve issues and problems on assigned subcontracts and make recommendations to the program manager, contract manager, and Director of Contracts and Procurement (as applicable)

• Monitor subcontractor and vendor performance

• Maintain subcontract files to be compliant with CPSR rules

• Enter all subcontract files in the company contract management system

• Regularly interacts and initiates discussion/meetings with program managers, contracts, finance, accounting, business development, and customers as required.

We also have a number of labs under DCSA's purview that will need to be certified and managed.

We're looking for a person that has experience either as the primary FSO or as an Assistant FSO. Ideally, you should be well-rounded in all things FSO, but we can help fill gaps in your knowledge if there are some areas you are less familiar with. As a Defense Contractor, we are working on and viewing some VERY highly classified material, and therefore, we need to ensure where you access your work is secure. You will have your own new, shiny desk at one of our G2 Ops offices, plus the occasional opportunity to work on-site directly with our customers (this is a good thing!). We do allow teleworking, but only with prior IT Department and manager approval. Still not convinced? Allow us to elaborate. We are seeking a skilled IT Systems Administrator to establish and administer classified LAN environments and systems deployed in the cloud. This position will join our San Diego team and report to the IT Manager. The IT Systems Administrator (IT Sys Admin) will be responsible for designing, analyzing, maintaining, and implementing LAN/WAN equipment and networks. You will also develop technical policies and procedures regarding activities of the LAN environments. Additional responsibilities include: monitor and test the plans and backup systems, use and interpret results of SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), configure and operate systems IAW DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), maintain need-to-know when allocating security attributes, installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains server and systems configurations to ensure their confidentiality, integrity, and availability. You get the idea. The short: do you know your networks? Good! Because in this role you will administer server-based systems, security devices, distributed applications, network storage, messaging, and perform systems monitoring and vulnerability scans (ACAS / Nessus) and manage scan results.

To be successful is this role, the selected candidate will have 5-8 years' of experience administering Windows/Linux networks plus a Bachelor of Science in engineering, cybersecurity, networking, or computer science related degree. Must be familiar with server software installation and administration, windows Server 2016 build-out and administration, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) build-out and administration, and backup and disaster recovery.

Let's talk certifications. If you have a Security+ certification or IAT II equivalent, you're good. If you have a Linux Operating System Certification, you're good. If you have any of the following certifications in addition, even better: RedHat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Cisco, Network+, CISSP or CASP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.

Lastly, as we are working for the DOD, we are beholden to some requirements. The ideal candidate would already possess an active DOD SECRET clearance or a Top Secret/SCI Clearance being preferred. Must be TS/SCI eligible to be considered.
