Summary You will serve as a Equipment Specialist in the Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) Division, within the Industrial Support Department of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will have in-depth knowledge of Aviation, Shipboard and Ground support related to equipment. You will assist in the training and the individual development of lower grade employees. You will provide technical assistance and advice relative to the identification, disposition, repair, alteration etc. of DLR materials. You will detect errors in technical manuals, parts lists, stock lists, software programs and master cross-reference lists, and alert cognizant authority of the existence of such discrepancies. You will have knowledge of handling classified material. You will have knowledge of Electronic Retrograde Management System (ERMS). You will have knowledge of various manuals, catalogs, parts and stock lists, material identification software programs to aid in identifying parts. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-07) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing technical/in-depth assistance and advice relative to the identification, disposition, repair, alteration of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) material. I have experience visually inspecting equipment and/or material to determine its general category and condition and establishing a specific resolution as to its complete identification. Summary You will serve as a Supervisory Contract Specialist in the Regional Contracting Department of NAVSUP FLC PUGET SOUND. Responsibilities You will have final responsibility for legality of all procurement actions orginated by subordinates and advise employees/customers of any changes in procedure, regulation, or policy. You will review contract terms and technical specifications to identify any special requirements and prepare a Contract Administration Plan for issuance to the requiring activity, defining applicable roles and responsibility. You will negotiate changes in price, specifications, statements of work, terms and conditions, and overhead rate agreements due to contract modifications, supplementary agreements, settlements from change orders due to defective specifications, etc. You will be predominantly assigned pre-award and post-award functions, or some combination of these two primary contracting activities. Summary You will serve as a Inventory Management Specialist in the Fleet Logistics Centers of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will assist Fleet Logistics Center organic and external customers in developing work methods, techniques, and standard operating procedures (SOP) for Navy Work Capital Fund Supply management (NWCF-SM) operations. You will be on-hand to assist with internal and external inventory audit support across operations.
