We are seeking a driven, and dynamic professional sales representative. Someone who has experience identifying qualified opportunities in the Orbital High Purity Welding marketplace. Ideally, you are someone who can develop relationships with new and existing customers, manage long, complex, high value sales cycles to a successful close, and see beyond basic customer needs, to deliver an exceptional sales and customer support experience. Additionally, this person is well versed in selling on value over price, and can consciously monitor industry trends to get ahead of our competition and win sales.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
The direct sale and rental of Orbitalum tube welding, facing, and cutting products, produced by Orbitalum GmbH.
Supports sales plan through pre and post technical consulting activities
Pre-sales activities include understanding the customer's business and analysis of product needs
Post-sales activities include delivery follow-up to ensure product has met customer's needs and communication with customer for additional sales opportunity
Handle incoming sales calls and provide technical support of products and applications
Responsible for leads, activities, quotations creation and follow up
Process and follow up on all incoming leads and opportunities within proposed territory
Support field salesmen and distributors in moving opportunities through the sales process
Foster new business and build customer relationships as it is essential to our growth within the market place
Close customer quotes and process sales orders to invoice
Process all RMA's (returns) and forward to shipping
May prepare documents for import and export shipments
Fulfill all requests for literature and technical information required to identify application and specify equipment
Required to adhere and comply with state and federal law, the ISO Quality program and procedures, and the safety program
Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
2-5 years minimum successful sales background.
Basic GTAW welding skills, Orbital GTAW experience preferred in both tube and pipe welding.
Team player mentality on a vibrant growing sales team.
Machining background or mechanical aptitude recommended.
Be willing and able to travel at a moment's notice for long periods of time. Travel requirement of 60-70%.
Possess strong positive sales ability.
Strong verbal, written, presentation and organization skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally across the organization and with customers.
Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point proficiency and CRM Data base documentation.
Highly self-motivated and resourceful with demonstrated problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
Must be able to adjust to a changing work environment, competing demands, frequent changes, delays and unexpected events.
Complete training provided by Orbitalum North America to possess broad knowledge of the company's product lines, services, marketing techniques, and demonstration requirements.
Significant industry contacts preferred, but not required.
Welding certifications, or specific welding-based education preferred but not required.

Basic Function:
Assists marketing team with coordination of marketing programs. Assists in development and maintenance of sales support material including brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, and website. Works closely with Marketing team to develop national, regional and customer specific promotions, presentations, and all other general marketing material.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting Digital Marketing Specialist with general content creation across all social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit
Assist department with ordering of marketing related items for tradeshows, DIY users, etc.
Work closely with cross functional teams (marketing, sales, creative) to provide updated content and conduct audits across all eCommerce platforms
Work with internal and creative teams to support all daily marketing activities such as updating existing marketing collateral (i.e., sell sheets, brochures), development of mock-ups, product photography and any additional sales/marketing support collateral
Support growing Influencer outreach program
ASE Cold Calling and creation of a database for 2nd half of 2022 and 2023 ASE expansion

Pursuing or obtained a BS degree in Marketing, Business Management, or applicable field
<1 year and/or <2 semesters relevant marketing classes
Knowledge of marketing strategies, including education of new marketing tactics and tools
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate and excellent organization and time management skills
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with email, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
Aptitude with various social media platforms and Google digital marketing tools (Analytics and Adwords)

The Equipment Product Specialist is responsible for partnering with the Sales Team to assist customers with selecting equipment appropriate for their needs. The Product Specialist will also be responsible for communicating ITW Alpine equipment solutions that deliver value to our customers.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drafts Sales proposal and quotations for customers. Updates sales quotations based on customer input
Able to articulate the value proposition for each Alpine equipment
Works with customers on facility layouts in support of new equipment purchases
Participates in monthly Sales funnel reviews
Follows up with Sales Team on active quotes and leads
Process all necessary documents for order entry
Works with Production Supervisor on order priorities and provides updated equipment shipping schedule and lead times to DSM's, RSM's and customers
Provides input in monthly Sales, Operations and Planning (S&OP) meetings
Participates in sales, product and systems training, marketing campaigns, special projects and applies this knowledge in efforts to increase business
Identifies competitive trends and business opportunities
Effectively manage the equipment ordering process and prioritize through an 80/20 mindset
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent experience preferred
3+ years of experience in project management and sales or marketing
Demonstrated success in leading high-level projects with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, manufacturing and sales teams
Must be a team player with a positive attitude, high motivation, and solid decision-making abilities
Proven ability to analyze current business issues, end-user needs
Well organized, aggressive self-starter with the willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to establish plans based independently from external and internal inputs
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Comfortable presenting and facilitating before groups

The Plant Manager provides leadership in both day-to-day and long term aspects required to oversee all facility operational functions and reports to the Director of Operations. The Plant Manager will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities of the site to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations. Primary Responsibilities:
Manage this growing operating division with focus on operational excellence in production, continuous improvement, quality, on-time delivery and just-in-time inventory levels.

Drive margin improvements - obtain, analyze and improve all the operational KPI's of the plant by using Lean Manufacturing Methods to improve OEE (Kaizen events, 5S, SMED, KanBan)
Surveillance of plant safety and ergonomics standards
Analyzes plant layout to optimize floor space, maintain safety and improves throughput
Reviews production costs and product quality and modifies production, quality and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of plant.
Work with Logistics team to optimize raw material purchasing to meet inventory and cash flow goals, while maintaining zero premium freight at OEMs.
Continuously seek and implement cost and waste reduction programs
Support sales and advanced engineering team to meet on time developments and gives them technical support as needed. Resulting in 100% safe launch status in a rapidly growing business.
Coordinate & motivate all the team members and departments under their responsibilities (tooling, maintenance, production, quality, manufacturing engineering, materials planning, and logistics).
Identify, develop and lead talent to maximize individual, team and operational effectiveness. Manage, coach, and develop talent with a focus on developing the next generation of leaders.
Develop the Best in Class operator culture - Lead and support team performance with a culture of accountability. Engages the workforce to maximize operational inputs
Facilitates and enforces all the company policies and procedures as they are outlined and defined.

The Field Service Engineer (FSE) services our Metal Detection, X-Ray and Checkweiging products at Loma's customer sites throughout USA. Responsibilities:
Travel and deliver efficient field support to our customers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Verify that machines are operating at peak efficiency by proper calibration and testing.
Commission and test machines using certified test procedures, perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites.
Accurately document and report all service related activities. These include, but are not limited to submitting Electronic Service Reports, Calibration Reports and Expense Reports at appropriate intervals per company established procedures.
Promote sales of additional Loma product offerings such as service contracts, new equipment leads, spare parts kits, etc.
Provide timely feedback on equipment reliability and design.

The Plant Services team is looking for a positive professional that can work well in a fast paced, dynamic manufacturing setting. The Manufacturing Engineer will be a key member of the Plant Engineering project management team. The individual will assist the team with managing outside contractors and monitoring the performance of services rendered. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, Associates degree, or pursuit of related degree within field of study required (2-5 years of experience preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications and in drawing related software (AutoCAD or SolidWorks)
Strong computer aptitude and ability to easily navigate and learn new software (LOTO, CMMS software, Sharepoint, etc)

Responsibilities:
Travel and deliver efficient field support to our customers in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
Verify that machines are operating at peak efficiency by proper calibration and testing.
Commission and test machines using certified test procedures, perform preventative maintenance and emergency service at customer sites.
Accurately document and report all service related activities. These include, but are not limited to submitting Electronic Service Reports, Calibration Reports and Expense Reports at appropriate intervals per company established procedures.

Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist - Deltar Fasteners will report to the Senior Human Resource Generalist - Deltar Fasteners and is responsible for the full life cycle of our ITW Deltar Fasteners hiring process; The full life cycle of the hiring process includes, but is not limited to, posting of positions, identifying, and attracting qualified and diverse candidates, interviewing and selection, pre-employment processes, building our employer value proposition and ensuring compliance with legal requirements and staffing guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities:
Proactively research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting, and develop a pool of qualified candidates, in advance of need, by building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates
Source and recruit candidates for current and future requisitions via various methods, including but not limited to: social media, professional networking associations and events, industry contacts, job boards, job fairs, employee/manager referrals, alumni/former employees
Monitor brand reputation on social media boards and collaborate with Marketing to address areas of opportunity, employment campaigns, etc.
Support local events to drive our employment brand and culture in the community
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent for a multi-site organization
Review resumes evaluate candidates' qualifications and conduct initial phone screens. Inform candidates of the job responsibilities, compensation and benefits programs, work schedule and career advancement opportunities. Present pre-qualified candidates for consideration, follow-up in a timely manner with Hiring Managers and candidates
Coordinate and conduct phone, virtual and in-person interviews
Coordinate pre-employment items and new hire orientations
Maintain an on-going relationship & communication with HR & Management to provide continuous feedback.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (preferred) and a minimum of 1 years of recruiting experience. Equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree
Comfortable using a variety of social media platforms and able to work with several digital footprints; Linked In and other assigned tools
Ability to develop a strategic staffing plan to accelerate high growth
Ability to travel as needed for recruitment initiatives and events (25%)
Strong experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel, and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Ability to gather and analyze data and statistics and present findings

Primary Objective:
Prepares clear, complete, and accurate design documentation to assist in the sale, manufacture and service of components, products, or systems.
Major Areas of Accountability:
Works from notes, verbal instructions, sketches and drawings, or engineering specifications; consolidates the information to be used to prepare working plans, layouts, and detailed drawings.
Reviews the design and helps resolve the details not completely defined. Determines the best combination of all the preliminary information and contributing data to develop the final design
Develops specifications, designs or drawings using engineering principals, established MTS standards, procedures, and instructions. Follows MTS best practices, policies and procedures in the design, layout, and documentation of MTS custom and standard products.
Provides the required level of documentation for custom or standard projects. Specific tasks may include making models, drawings and assemblies and Bill of Materials using the CAD system and other computer tools, as required. Follows all MTS CAD Best Practices for model creation, drawing creation, file management and revision control.
Verifies completed work; Checks dimensions, Bills of Materials, materials to be used, quantities, processing information, and adherence to Best Practices.
Makes reasonable and sound decisions to meet budgets (both labor and cost) and deadlines. Provides scheduling, costing and technical information concerning the designs supported as well as status updates and information to internal departments and external vendors affected by design development.
Resolves electrical documentation and system problems with designed or purchased parts used in a design. Assures that any changes are documented and prepared in accordance with engineering change procedures and in a timely manner.
Provides regular feedback and updates to project team members and immediate supervisor about the status of design tasks
Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned or apparent.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education & Experience - High school graduate or G.E.D. equivalency & minimum Associates degree or Vo-tech certificate in drafting, design, industrial design, industrial engineering, electronics, or technical illustration and 4 years drafting/design exp; or * 8 years relevant drafting/design exp.

Working from home, out of the Detroit, MI area, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to perform a variety of services including verification, preventative maintenance, repair, and installation, on a wide range of Instron's products.
You will be provided with a company vehicle, appropriate tools/equipment, including a laptop computer, cell phone, and MI-FI device and the assurance that you have the support of well-established service operation. You will have regional responsibility in the greater Detroit area. Occasional travel to other locations in the US may be required, as much as up to about 40% overnight travel.
Successful applicants will have a two or four-year technical degree from an accredited university and knowledge of electro-mechanical systems.
