As a Manufacturing Test Engineer , you will have the opportunity to provide the technical expertise necessary to design, develop, and implement manufacturing systems, complex manufacturing operations and sophisticated machines as they relate to engine testing.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Provide technical support at the various test stands: Main Assembly Leak Test (MALT), Long Block Test (LBT), Engine Function Test (EFT) and Hot Test.

• Understand test stand process requirements. Prioritize work of multiple test stands simultaneously, as needed, to meet assembly expectations with a sense of urgency balanced with a strong commitment to product quality.

• Compile and perform data analysis to diagnose complex issues and problems to determine root cause.

• Analyze engine characteristic and performance trend data to meet customer expectations.

• Define acceptance criteria for process indicators.

• Communicate technical information effectively with both internal and external process partners.

• Lead continuous improvement activities impacting the assembly process and test performance.

• Utilize Lean Manufacturing methodology to engage in creative problem solving to address operational issues by taking initiative and driving creative ideas forward.

• Work collaboratively and lead both specialized and broad-based projects as they relate to the test stands with internal and external process partners.

• Analyze customer requirements and make recommendations for equipment, procedure, or process changes.

• Provide specifications and procure new or replacement testing and validation equipment. Implement robust solutions to meet customer requirements.

• Design, develop, and implement assembly processes and manufacturing systems, including factory control software, scheduling techniques, simulation, and system application.

• Manage capital projects with internal and external suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective systems and processes are implemented.

• Develop training programs and process documentation for technicians (E.g., Operations)

• Develop and document Manufacturing Engineering processes for training and development of Manufacturing Engineers and Engineering Techs

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in an accredited Engineering, Computer Science or similar Technical or Discipline

• 3-5 years manufacturing or test related work experience in a testing or manufacturing environment preferably in engine dynamometer tests, engine performance development, or engine component assembly

• Strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills with a high level of curiosity and investigative mindset with attention to detail

Top candidates will also have:

• Diesel engine and/or Leak testing experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Understanding of electrical systems and schematics

• Knowledge of programming languages

• Technical project work experience

• Experience in 3D modeling (i.e., AutoCAD, Creo, Solidworks)

$2,000 sign on bonus. Incumbent will receive first pay out after 90 days of employment and second payout after 180 days of employment.

Facilities Services Support needed at The Large Power Systems Division located in Lafayette, IN. In this role you will perform a wide range of facilities services tasks. Hauling trash, beautification of facility, maintaining chip hoppers and media tubs. Machine and barrel clean out as needed. Penthouse and paint booth filter replacement on PM schedule. Manage wood auger, housekeeping and disposal. Responsible for supporting facility services at times may be required to work overtime to support the manufacturing requirements.

As a Logistics Operations Manager you will have the opportunity to provide and manage direct material inbound and outbound logistics operations and inventory operations, to ensure the timely and efficient receipt and distribution of material.

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and practices by working effectively with appropriate functional areas to maintain a high-velocity material flow.

Basic Requirements:

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. Provide strategic team leadership for the cat.com enterprise strategy including integrations with other digital platforms across the ecosystem; A/B and multi-variate testing; marketing automation; web content management; digital experience governance; Enterprise digital advertising platform management and Enterprise SEO. Develop long term digital roadmap and execute digital projects with business partners and Cat Digital.

JOB DUTIES:

• Lead Digital with a focus on providing insights into growth opportunities both internally and externally, partnering closely with Cat Digital and other internal partners.

• Provide strategic direction, governance, best practice creation and documentation, key performance indicator (KPI) definition and measurement, data analytics, and integration with other platforms to ensure seamless customer journeys in the Caterpillar digital space.

• Manage a team of digital strategists, marketing automation specialists, web designers, content managers, digital marketers, search engine optimization specialists, and program managers responsible for creating strategies and corresponding multi-year roadmaps that provide solutions for enterprise digital marketing needs.

• Develop rigorous, fact based, quantitative analysis to support recommendations, ensuring strategic and financial soundness and alignment for any recommendations.

• Communicate recommendations to senior management, other executive, functional, or regional staff and management in a clear, concise, and impactful way.

• Manage the staff and projects related to developing business and technical solutions and implementing common operating procedures to provide process functionality.

• Recognize the service requirements/needs of dealers and customers, enterprise and business unit goals, and give leadership and direction to formulating global concepts, strategies and plans to deliver service solutions.

• Innovate iteratively and leverage both internal and external business partners to best understand the needs of the business and ensure that tools are developed with the key stakeholder(s) in mind.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree required and more than 10-12 years of progressively complex marketing and digital experience generally gained through staff and supervisory assignments in Marketing and/or Information Services.

• Requires general understanding of basic business operations including the technical infrastructure and one or more of the following: general business processes, strong marketing acumen, business unit marketing experience and dealer processes.

• The incumbent must have a strong customer focus, possess dealer and customer experience, knowledge of company products and product applications.

• The incumbent must have ability to provide strategic direction for effectively managing staff, budgets, business plans, one-year project plans and developing 2-5 year plans.

The Client Manager is a lead role in our CAT Parts Order Management responsible for managing the day-to-day logistics services agreement with BCP along with leading the CAT Parts global direct-ship and Dealer Parts Inventory Sharing programs. The Client Manager will lead a global team of supply chain professionals located in the United States, Brazil, and India; who are responsible for the day-to-day supply chain functions for BCP work tools, all direct-ship programs, while also administering the Dealer Parts Inventory Sharing program.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for engaging, training, developing and mentoring all personnel issues and performance evaluation of subordinates

• Monitor and manage key performance criteria

• Accountable for performance of the BCP Work Tools vendor, Direct-Ship Business Process, and Dealer Parts Inventory Sharing Business (DPISB)
