You will conduct pre-negotiation conferences with management and technical personnel, and negotiate prices, terms and conditions, contract modifications, and settlements in the pre-award and post-award without prior higher level review. You will be responsible for developing common, commercial and noncommercial approaches to the acquisition of supplies and services.
