Summary You will serve as a MATERIALS EXAMINER & IDENTIFIER in the Advanced Traceability and control (ATAC) Division, Industrial Support Department of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER NORFOLK. Responsibilities You will perform technical screening for a wide range of Depot Level Repairable (DLR) material, i.e. shipboard, squadrons, ground support, avionics and various other DLR equipment/components, including all DLR Condition Codes ranging from "A" to "Z". You will perform data entry/processing for the disposition of the material through automated systems producing stock receipts, transshipment, disposals, packing, shipment and all pertinent document reparation actions. You will conduct research to answer inquiries and clear exceptions/errors generated from programs, systems, documentation preparations/actions, etc. You will load and unload materials on/from trucks, loading docks and conveyors. Receive and segregate material for screening/material identification purposes. Summary You will serve as a General Supply Specialist in the Logistic Support Team Branch of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE. Responsibilities You will provide a variety of daily routine supply management duties involving all aspects of stock management of various Classes of Supply. You will utilize various databases and systems including Relational Supply, One Touch Supply, FEDLOG, FACET and others to review and validate outstanding requisitions to include but not limited to inventory allowance fills. You will coordinate financial reconciliation weekly and be capable of completing financial reports such as the Budget OPTAR Report (BOR) and Transaction Item Reporting (TIR). You will prepare, coordinate, and conduct shipping of material to include carcass turn-ins, reporting, and processing. This may require the use of a forklift. You will manage fuel inventory through Fleet Logistics Centers (FLC), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC). You will perform as the customer and management liaison for most classes of supply, track performance measurements and summarize data into reports, graphs and spreadsheets using personal computer skills. Summary Come Join the Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) as the new PROJECT MANAGER (Facility Design and Construction) servicing projects on Naval Bases around the world......where /Mission YOU....makes a difference in the lives of others. Responsibilities Project Manager in the Facility Design and Construction Branch. Performs project management activities associated with Design and Procurement, Construction, Closeout, and Post-Project Review phases of the NEXCOM Capital Improvement Program. Coordinates work on assigned projects through other phases of the capital project process. Performs professional work in connection with preparation of scopes of work, design standards, schematic drawings and fixture plans of projects. Manages project design and construction scope, schedules and budgets. Responsibilities Develops and/or reviews designs and estimated costs of construction of new buildings and major renovations of Navy Exchanges, Minimarts, Warehouses and Navy Lodges worldwide. Assists in selecting architectural and engineering (AE) firms to prepare plans and specifications for such projects and related activities, and inspection and acceptance of construction sites. Discusses and clarifies problem areas and answers technical architectural and engineering questions.
