Responsibilities You will The Platform Manager serves as final authority to the Site Director/Material Officer and the Deputy Site Director/Material Officer on all ILS technical and management matters. You will conduct program management reviews for complex weapons systems in the design and the supportability of Navy, Army, Military Sealift Command, Foreign Military Sales and Coast Guard projects. Summary You will serve as a Materials Handler in the Longshoring Branch, Terminals Operations Division of NAVSUP FLT LOGISTICS CNTR PEARL HARBOR. RELOCATION EXPENSES ARE NOT AUTHORIZED. Responsibilities You will perform the full range of material handling and warehousing functions. You will ship, receive, store, segregate, and inventory hazardous and non-hazardous materials. You will read and interpret shipping documents and other documentation used to move, store, and track materials. You will operate forklifts, and other Material Handling Equipment. You will operate computers to track the movement and storage of material. You will check cargo on docks, or aboard vessels or barges, ensuring proper documentation, quantity, and condition. You will arrange for truck service and load//unload material and cargo from trucks.
